Friendly professional gentleman carpets came out great.
The carpet looked good when initially worked on, but when we started walking on it that night it seemed to return to how it looked before it was worked on. It's like we paid $90 for nothing. We don't feel like it was worth paying for. The only way to really make it right is to refund what we've paid for the treatment.
I would like to see zerorez include light furniture moving and lower prices if technician will be servicing around furniture. If the entire room is not going to be cleaned then customers should not have to pay full price.

I needed someone to come out in 48 hrs but you were able to make it just a little outside the window. It was perfect that you guys could squeeze us in like that. I can’t remember the gentleman who was here the first time, Max or something like that. He was a brunette with glasses, a little socially awkward but hardworking. He didn’t do a bad job, he just wasn’t able to get one of the rooms as clean as I wanted after being sold an added service for the carpet. The urine stain that was in the bedroom ended up spreading and caused a worse odor which was a little disappointing. When I called to get someone back out to fix the area, you guys were able to push my appointment up due to a cancellation. The second visit was even more amazing, Brian, he was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure the carpet was fully cleaned. He found an additional urine stain that I wasn’t even aware of in the bedroom. He got up close and personal with the spots and was on all fours sniffing my carpet. Brian was polite and very knowledgeable in what he would have to do to get the odor out and where the first guy may have fallen a little short. He took pictures before getting started so he could provide the proof back at headquarters for I am assuming for training purposes. Brian explained that the odor was close to the base boards and that the equipment may not be able to get as close to it as he wanted to but he would spray the area to make sure the odor bacteria wouldn’t spread. The floors no longer have the odor, there is still a stain but I am not worried about that. The smell is the main reason we made the appointment. I would love to work with Brian again. I am not sure if there is a way to request employees but I really like him. I have used coconut cleaning co and after they came out one time I had to call two additional times for them to fix the odor in my carpets and they stated there was nothing more they could do. After working with Brian, I don’t think I will want to go anywhere else but zerorez. Maybe, just maybe you guys can fix the big rooms that the other company wasn’t able to fix. I look forward with working with you guys again.

I love everything about zero Rez. The technicians are always clean and professional. Carpet is clean and drys quickly. We have zero Rez every couple of months and carpets are always looking new!

The technician was kind knowledgeable and did a great job! The living room now looks wonderful. The wear marks are gone. The darker spots are gone. The red wine stain is just barely visible. And it had been there for several years.

We had someone clean our tiles, and the tiles themselves came clean, but I didn't see any major difference in grout lines.
