First the quote/scheduling process was awful. I tried to call in to schedule but could not get a person on the phone, so I used the chat option and it took almost 2.5 hours of back and forth chat to get it set up. I almost just cancelled the whole thing right off the bat because whatever associate I was chatting with spent the first 10 MINUTES just trying to figure out what radio station I heard about Zerorez on so (s)he could "give them the proper credit". When I said I didn't know, they just kept pushing as if that was the most important thing about our conversation. It wasn't until I mentioned moving on to a different cleaning company because Zerorez seems more concerned about their advertising partners than giving customer service to paying clients that the associate finally moved on to discussing scheduling and pricing.
The service tech that came out was friendly and seemed to do a good job, so no issue there. I am however disappointed with the carpet cleaning. I will preface by saying that my carpets were not "dirty" to the naked eye. I have no staining or spots and my carpet is the type that doesn't show much dirt, however I have lived here for 3 years (carpet was put in new when I moved in) and I have never had it professionally cleaned. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned and an area rug in my living room. The carpet in the bedrooms pretty much looked the same after cleaning as they did before. However taking into consideration they were in good shape (looked clean) already, I am okay with this, just hoping that any dirt that had settled in over the years was actually pulled out even though I couldn't see a difference. Where my bigger disappointment lies is with my area rug. I have heard good things about Zerorez in the past and how they make your carpets look like new (easy to do when my carpets already looked that way). But my area rug, being a lighter color (multiple shades of blue), definitely had more signs of dirt/wear than the rest of my carpet. I had high hopes for this one, but after it was cleaned and dried it was certainly a bit better then when it started, but certainly no better than what I have done in the past with a vacuum cleaner and home carpet cleaner. I guess I was just hoping for the "refreshed home" feeling that I hear advertised for Zerorez and was left disappointed because that isn't what I got.
I like the punctuality and and the work ethic of this company. My carpets looked beautiful after the work was done.

Serviceman was very thorough and informative about the process. He took his time getting out certain spots (even nail polish!) I like that there are no harsh chemicals used.

This was the first time with ZeroRez and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Chris not only helped me understand the process but you can tell from how kind and helpful he is, which translates into his work! We have a 6 year old and two dogs so our carpets were not in the best shape. Chris did a wonderful job getting the stains out and the difference is astonishing! Technician was efficient and friendly. My grout looks a great deal better! There are a few small areas that could use a second treatment but since those areas couldn’t easily be seen until after the grout dried... He did revisit the couple of spots I did find before he left.
