Easy to make an appointment, fast and efficient cleaning that lasts.
The service was excellent. The technician was super polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. His name is Michael. We had never used Zero Rez so we were curious as to how the product works. The procedure, the steps and the “what does what?” in getting our carpets clean. We loved the results! Thank you!
Your technicians were both very nice and professional
The technician was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He did on outstanding job on my carpet and area rugs. I used Zerorez when I lived in Los Angeles, but this is my first time using them since I moved to Arizona one year ago. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

The carpet looked great after being cleaned. The service tech was personable and helpful. All pro, no con.
We like the process used, and also the people we've worked with have been very friendly and tried their best to meet our needs.
I would say that this last time we used Zerorez, there was a dark line all along the carpet where the edge of the carpet meets the hard floor. I'm guessing dirt/water settled there after the removal process instead of being fully pulled out. But we used carpet cleaner and lifted the dirt out. That's the first time that has happened.

This past Friday 6/19/2020 I had a technician come and clean my carpet. I have you used zerorez consistently for three years and this was the best job yet ! Your technician did an OUTSTANDING job and my carpet looks the best it ever has !
We were extremely happy with the gentlemen that came to do the carpets. He was polite and extremely mindful that we were also working. He was organized and very efficient.

You damaged my door molding. My floors look terrible they were better before being done.
I am so upset with the way my floors look. I have a call into your co. I need to know how you plan on repairing the door frame. Your worker said oh I must have used to much water. it wasn't like that .
sorry they will take care of it. I am waiting to hear from you but a refund is needed and some one to come out and see how terrible my floors look. I live in an upscale neighbor hood and 4 of my friends were going to have you do their floors. Last time I had the Grout doctor they were great but you came highly recommended.
