When I woke up this morning after the carpet was completely dry, it looked almost as bad as before I spent the $383. Some parts look as if someone smeared the dirt instead of removing it. Very disappointed.

The person who came and did my carpet - I am very sorry I don't remember his name - was very nice and very positive. I pointed out some very questionable spots that I was not sure he could get clean! He was very nonchalant, pretty much said "no problem." When I came back, the whole area looked like new carpet! I hadn't clean it in over the year I lived there, because my plan was to replace it - it was just too dirty and worn. Well, now, it does look like I replaced it!!! The difference was truly unbelievable!! This was my first experience with Zerorez, but it certainly will not be my last!! Everything you say in your ads is absolute true!! Thanks!
