The technician was on time and was courteous. The carpet dried within 4 to 6 hours. There is no crunchy feeling, the carpet just feels soft.

The master closet wasn't cleaned even though I paid extra for it. The carpet also felt a little crunchy, which seems odd. A two-story house with 4 bedrooms, a loft, hallway, and stairs was completed in about 90 minutes, which suggests it might have been rushed.

Rachel was prompt, efficient and professional. After the carpet is completely dry, it feels great. There is no stiff or coarse feeling to the carpet, that we have felt with other types of carpet cleaning processes.

The technician came 2 1/2 hours early without actually speaking to anyone. He called, but I was at ann appointment and couldn't answer my phone. He interrupted my husband and son's work they were doing from home. My husband asked him to come back in an hour, but I called Zerorez and asked him to come back at the regular scheduled appointment time. Customer service person Prague said he would let tech know. Tech came back early anyway and interrupted everyone again. I called back customer service again and spoke to Prague again. He said he had talked to tech and told him. Tech told us he never heard from customer service about waiting until 4 pm. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Also, there was a maybe 2 ft x 2 ft area in the middle of one bedroom that was completely missed.
We also paid for extra cleaning for pet stains and there is at least one large stain that is still visible.
All in all, one of my worst experiences with Zerorez and I have been using you guys for many years.

Everything the no chemicals and using very hot water.
Had problems with the guy not completing service, called in to question. Once guy found out said he's not dealing with it slammed door as he left!! Was told a manager would call to make it right and haven't heard back from anyone.
