First let me tell you that the technician was very Nice, professional, friendly... and on time. You’re messaging system about arrival time for invoicing is very good.
I had my carpets cleaned, my tile cleaned, the grout cleaned and sealed. The technician spent a lot of time taking care. The carpets came out lovely and I would definitely use Zerorez for the carpets again. I did not notice a huge difference in my tile floors and or the grout but obviously they are clean. So I don’t know if I would spend the money as it was quite expensive to have the time floors done again.

Troy was great. Very kind, respectful, and informative. Made sure to ask if we wanted and spots gone over more (Hugh traffic areas). Our carpets felt so clear of the dirt and oils of 3 years.
