Your product appealed to me from an environmental point of view. Your service has been excellent.
We have had Zerorez and are very happy with the company. And will have again when we need cleaning. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very nice.
Our tech Paul was professional, knowledgable, and personable. He explained the entire process and took the time to answer the myriad of questions we posed. He is an honest person and a highly recommended tech. We cannot say enough great things about Paul and his work ethic. When finished, our carpets looked new. We would, without hesitation, continue to use and recommend Zerorez for our annual carpet cleanings.
The fact that there is no harsh chemicals used. I have a toddler 2 cats and a dog.

My carpet was cleaned nicely, but whatever you used on the tile left the floor sticky after. There were spots that weren't cleaned and more that seemed to get dirty within two days from whatever residue was left on the floor. I had to go back over my floors myself and steam clean them to get them truly clean and after having them professionally cleaned I picked up an awful lot of dirt. Also the tech was trying to preach to me about religion which he has no business doing on or off the clock in my home when I didn't ask for that. I will NOT be using you again.
Always prompt. Do a thorough job with great results. Zerorez has always been value for a good price. They’ve been doing carpet, floors and upholstery for me for 10. No chemicals is the best part.
I had never used Zerorez and was satisfied with the work that they did. They cleaned my slate floors and sealed the grout after it dried. The only thing I would do differently is seal them myself next time so I could leave the home while it dries.

Price is almost double but cleaning quality is less than the other companies. We will not use zerorez again.

The thing that sets Zerorez apart from most other floor cleaning companies is their service tech's
knowledge and care about the finished results. Rachel was the recent tech that was sent to our house and she was right on time, very courteous, and very thorough. She was concerned about the tile grout stain we used might be damaged by the cleaning process but she did a test patch and adjusted the equipment to give us a fantastic job with no damage to the colored grout stain. The empowered water they use is exclusive to Zerorez and just seems to clean better and feels better under our feet. They are the only company we call when needing our floors cleaned.
Not sure if the cleaning treatment done on the furniture pieces were successful. I need to speak to someone about that. However, the floors turned out great furniture. Thank you
