My tile floors are dirtier now than they were before they were cleaned. Footprints all over.
From making the appointment with Nicole to Carson cleaning our area rugs and upholstered chairs, the service and professionalism was fantastic Highly recommend zero.
Our floors look better than I could imagine. We had both tile and carpet done and it is absolutely beautiful. Our tech was amazing! Her name is Rachel B and if we have any more work done by Zerorez, I will definitely be requesting her again!

Both young men were pleasant and respectful. They performed their work well and with quick precision.
There was no chemical smell, the pre-treat smells like oranges. The carpet was softer than after renting a machine from the store. Both techs were friendly and professional.

Since going with Zerorez we won’t use any other company. They do fantastic work and they never try to up sell you. We always have a quote on how much it will cost and the amount stays the same. Our carpets always look wonderful when they’re done.

This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I’ve used Zerorez and I just don’t think empowered water cuts it. I still have stains on my white chairs that were recently cleaned and in the past my couch just didn’t smell clean and that tells me that there was dirt etc. left in the couch material.
Zerorez service was friendly and quick just how my family needed it! With a toddler we couldn't help them running around on the carpet after a few hours. Carpet was mostly dry and residue free after some outside play and nap time! Thank you Zerorez!
