Technician was great, communicated well, on time, very friendly and did his job quickly and efficiently. The carpet I needed cleaned was throughout the house and old, this home was recently purchased so was unsure what type of results I would get. After the cleaning it looked as nice as it could look, this will help me put off replacing the flooring for a few more months. Pricing did not change, remained as I was quoted over the phone.

Louis was very friendly and prompt to arrive on time. He did an excellent job at cleaning and sealing our tile grout floors and showers. He was very careful with his hoses and did an excellent job in protecting the baseboards from his hoses. We highly recommend using Zerorez Phoenix for grout cleaning and sealing service.
I like the idea that no chemicals are used. The service technician was polite and showed pride in his work. My Berber carpet is over 30 yrs old and I have lived with it for 25. I vacuum very regularly and do not wear shoes in the house, but with pets and years of high school swim team gatherings dirt started to show. It had been a while since the last professional cleaning service. I opted for the standard cleaning process as I hoped that that would be sufficient. Although I am happy with the results as the carpet looks so much better, it didn't get as clean as I would have liked. Lesson learned: if you wait too long with a professional cleaning job, go for the deep cleaning instead of a lighter cleaning. I still recommend the business as I saw how hard the service technician tried to get the high traffic areas to its original color. To a visitor's eyes my carpet looks very clean and that without breaking the bank!
