The attention to detail and the quality of the cleaning
The team that came and cleaned our carpets, were professional, polite and knew what they were doing! They took good care of our carpets and worked hard to eliminate a persistent stain that didn't want to come out! This is the second time in having Zerorez at our home, and we will continue to use them as our carpets look brand new every time they leave!

Our service person did a thorough job! We’ve had our carpets cleaned two others times and he got a tough stain out that others could not. We appreciate it!
Jordan did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. We had multiple, large dog urine stains in two rooms. The stains were so bad, we figured we'd probably need to replace the carpet. Plus, we had a very dirty area rug that was in a high-traffic area. To our surprise, Jordan was able to get ALL the stains out of the carpet. It – literally – looks like brand new carpeting! Jordan was highly professional, and he's a great communicator. He explained the process, answered all our questions, then got to work tackling those awful stains. We're beyond thrilled with the results. Bravo!

Our carpets are probably 18 yrs old and I think they did the best they could. The last company that cleaned them was Coit and I think they were slightly better and about the same price.

My carpet looks the best it has since it was new after being cleaned by by Brandon at Zerorez. We had problem areas (gifts left from one of our dogs). Brandon was so thorough at cleaning these areas and all of the carpet. Brandon listened to what we wanted and then explained what he was going to do. He took the time to really get it clean. I am very happy with how my carpet looks now!
I like how clean everything feels and smells after the service! I like how easy it is to set up appointments. The team is always helpful and professional! The process is pretty quick too! We love Zerorez and will definitely use you again!
Dion did a great job on my carpet. He used a machine that I have never seen another technician use. I will request him for my future cleanings.
Eco friendly and cleans well
Carpet did not dry in 5 to 6 hours but was dry when I got up the next day. That was really nice as previous cleanings have taken days and I mean 3-5 days. Terrivle.

The finished job always looks amazing
1) Be available by phone for those scheduling appointments. In my online registration I mentioned I wanted to speak with someone before they came out and asked for a confirmation call which was not done nor was I able to connect until the technician came to my home.
2) My upholstery is looking dingy rather than clean. Yesterday my sister came for dinner and she asked what happened to my couch and loveseat, they look darker than they have in the past (ie before they were cleaned).
The technician missed cleaning an area of my dining room carpet. It was the last room cleaned and I think it was accidentally overlooked. The area measures 2’x6’
Didn’t notice until the carpet had dried. Now it’s quite the obvious.
