THEY change tech too much, not sound structure for a company. Sometimes my floors are great then a new tech and they are just ok.. i have used this company many times and this is always the case.

I appreciate that the service is very good however I was not impressed with the tech being later than I expected we were told 10-12 and he showed up at 1:30

I have used Zerorez numerous times in the passed. I have an Investor who needed there carpet and tile cleaned quickly. I called and they were there the following morning. This patio home carpet was the worst I've seen in a long time. 2 Large dogs also live there for almost 3 years unbeknownst to me and the investor.
Needless to say, Darrell and his assistant did an outstanding job. Darrell said, "Unusual amount of Dog hair, it required a filter change after 2 rooms, they normally last all day".
They are my carpet/tile people to call.
Dion was great. He really took his time to get our carpet clean.
The cleaning seems to have gone well. The technician that came out was so great! He was very respectful and answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything from the process to the charges. We were a bit surprised that the carpets were still a bit damp in a couple of places this morning, but they have dried completely now.
Very professional and patient. They were able to clean all of the carpet and made it look like new again. Amazing!

I am happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. However, I was not happy that the technician who did the cleaning did not wear a facial mask while inside my home. Your employees need to be instructed during this pandemic to wear a mask at ALL times.
Excellent results & excellent customer service skillls
Your service has always been great. However, the technician Dion, was absolutely exceptional. He took time to explain the process and how the chemicals they used were environmentally safe for our pets without trying to upsell me. He took his time with each room and the carpets never looked this good after a cleaning. They looked so good that we have decided to hold off on our hardwood install for a while.
