Like the idea there are no chemicals. The technicians were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
There must have been some faulty equipment used at our house initially because the floors were all filthy after the job was done. But you guys came and redid the floors, no questions asked and it came out great. That’s the kind of customer service I can refer to my friends and family. Thank you.

Zero Rez is the only company I have had clean my carpets for many years, but this year the guys were the best yet! They did a wonderful job. The carpet looks brand new and it is 36 years old.
I would not have any other company clean my carpets.
My only complaint was price, 425.00 was to expensive
The tech cleaned the carpets well and was very pleasant and wore his mask! My only criticism is not of him but of what they are told (I assume this must come from someone at a higher position), to tell us that the carpet will be dry in 4-8 hours....WRONG!! The humidity is low here, and I had windows open and fans on in every room, however, he left around 1 pm and at 8 a.m., the carpets all were still wet. They are dry now at 5 pm the following day. I have been told this kind of information from every single carpet cleaning company and every single time it has been a LOT longer. Very misleading info. Be honest!!

Once again Chris Stevensen did a fabulous job. This is the third time he’s worked in our home. First he cleaned 🧽 our carpets, then our tile/grout, and on Wednesday he cleaned our couch. He works hard and is attentive to every detail. I just recommended him to a neighbor. He deserves praise and a raise!

Young may who did the work was very polite and respectful. He did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. We have had other carpet cleaning service in the past who are not nearly as efficient, and we had to have Zerorez come clean up what they missed. Very happy with them.
