Our techs arrived early, were knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and treated our carpets quickly. We have young kids and dogs so I appreciate that there’s no harsh chemical smell or residue. We were given clear instructions on when we could walk on our carpet again. We just moved into a new home and were aware of some pet stains left from the previous owner’s dog. The techs were honest with us about what treatment would need to be done if we continued to smell an odor in our carpet, which we were appreciative of. Thankful for your service!

Your service techs did a very nice job.
Too bad they had to be in the middle of a quote dispute. But I was told it would be $162.60 (not $240) and my understanding was that included sealant. Not apparently. They had to call about it. It was agreed I'd pay $207. (that sure is a long way from $135 "special" you advertised and what caused me to call you in the first place. But, uh, no, that "special" was for "two rooms of tile". I don't have two rooms of tile...I live in a small patio home/condo. I asked then why not include the halls and bath..that surely is worth another room of tile...so I can get the "special". No that didn't count. I believe $240 is a classic example of bait and switch. I'll remember this next time to be sure! If you can't offer "specials" to anyone who does not have "two rooms of tile" then I'll have to find someone else.

The tech was SUPER friendly and great. However, your “powered water” was unable to get simple dirt out. There were lines in our carpet from a remodel that the tech said would be impossible to out and we were looking at having to replace the carpets all together. These carpets are 2 months old and cost a fortune! I was not happy with this answer from him. To be sure, I paid for ANOTHER company to come in... they were able to get it out very easily. No problems at all. I am furious I had to pay for carpet cleaners twice. I even paid extra for the protectant. Very disappointing.

Our carpets look great, and they were cleaned by a friendly, polite, professional representative who wore a mask the whole time. He was prompt and did the job thoroughly. Our carpets dried quickly, too. The dirty appearance is gone, and the texture of the carpet is great.
We also had a good experience when we contacted the company to make an appointment. It was scheduled right away, and was easy to do.

Reasonable pricing, like that carpet is not crunchy after cleaning, Ernie did a great job of cleaning.

The stains were not removed at all and actually looked brighter in one bedroom. I used my
own stain remover and got quite a bit after you cleaned the carpet - when I did this is seemed
as though there was a lot of soap residue.

Arrived on time.Did a complete job, didn't hurry.Had a clean smell when finished.

Zerorez techs were so polite the entire time they were at my apartment. I was moving out and was trying to have the apartment looking better than when I received it. And BOY did Zerorez come through. I have a before and after picture from when I moved in and when I moved out, the carpets look better now than before!

I am very allergic to a lot of things so natural ingredients are important to me. Also, we have pets so that is another reason we need to be careful with chemical usage within and outside of our house.

Zerorez was exactly what I was looking for in a cleaning company. Ernie was amazing at explaining what his recommendation was for our carpets and I appreciated how professional and friendly he was. He is a great asset to your company.

Technician was on time, friendly and did a good job. Maybe I expected a miracle ((the carpets cleaned are in a rental) but there’s a couple spots that I hoped would be cleaner. I’m sure the stains are old and unable to be removed. Overall the carpet is much better than before we started.

The techs have always been very considerate and the carpets look great when they are fit.
