I have had Zerorez several times over the years and have always been pleased with the whole process, no soggy carpeting, no crunchy carpeting, and dries very fast. Everyone from customer service/scheduling to technicians have always been courteous and pleasant.

Quick, thorough work, and easy scheduling!
The gentleman arrived on time. Additionally put on booties prior to entering and wore a mask. Explained the process he was using and protected the anterior of our home. He placed barriers at each corner in the house to protect the corners from damage from the various hoses. Service person was polite and professuonal.

I am very pleased with the way my carpets look after the cleaning. I have three small dogs.
One has issues with health and does not always make it outside. After the cleaning my carpets look refreshed, sanitized, and all the dog hair that was deep in the fibers came up. There is not a lingering spell when I walk in the door anymore. So happy!!!
