Bid more than doubled once tech got on site. His measurements of square feet were more than the original house plan dimensions. The whole experience felt like bait and switch.....not to mention the carpet pulling away from the pad and coming home to a large carpet bubble

The tech was very friendly and the carpets look great. However I have 3 items that I was not fully satisfied with:
1. The tech did not wear any PPE.
2. The title was left with messy dirt water spots from the equipment and there was no effort to clean up the mess.
3. The van left two large oil stains on the street right in front of our home.

First time user of Zerorez services and they did not dissapoint. Rachel, my tech, inspected the rooms and advised me of what was needed and thoroughlyexplained the water and cleaning process.. Had the standard cleaning and it turned out fantastic. They lived up to their promises, clean and fluffy carpet. I highly recommend Zerorez. Thank you all at Zerorez.

I like that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals.

This is the third time using Zerorez and the results are very good. The carpet and tile look very good but the grout did not get the attention this time that we've had in the past. I was disappointed in the cost this time because some areas were comparable to previous visits but cost more this time.

Jared was here on the 21st and did such an awesome job. Very polite, came in explained what he was going to do, cautioned us as to the kitchen floor being slippery after cleaning the 3 area rugs. Hope you realize what a great employee you have in him. Would recommend him and your company in a heart beat. That is why we continue to only have Zerorez clean our carpets. Appreciate the call that you were running a special and gave me a chance to sign up for it. Every little bit helps.
