Great job cleaning carpet and a very courteous and professional technician.

They were amazing & very prompt

I got the three room special for $125. Every single room was under the required specifications. Two of the rooms were separated by a 5 foot hallway that connected them. Now of course you guys aren’t obligated to throw in a 5 foot hallway into the price but as a first time customer I would think you guys would be more than willing to do that little 5 foot hallway even when all the other rooms were smaller than the required specifications. Customer service goes a long way with me and so do first impressions and that definitely was a “wow” moment for me so no I won’t be recommending you to anybody or calling you for more services.

The technician showed up on time, listened carefully to what I wanted done and the areas on the carpet that needed special treatment...thanks to my dog!! He did a great job and best yet, the carpets were dried within 10 hours...even the walk-in closets!!

Service on the phone was friendly. Time was convenient. Technician called to come early and called my husband not me . I was waiting for the call. The carpets did and do not look like they were cleaned . I am not sure if he pre spotted or treated dirty area but does not look like I was hoping for. Not happy
