No chemicals used in cleaning process.
Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and made things easy to understand. I was absolutely stunned that the carpet wasn’t left to feel crunchy and it dried fairly quickly.

Having heard my real concerns about the very bad dog urine in the carpet about to be cleaned the technician should have told me at that time about the "real deep service" you provide. That came after he was finished with his term of the normal service he had just done.
I feel like, sure another service call now for a job that could have been right to begin with.

Tech did a great job!
When we initially had carpets cleaned a lot was missed and we called in and they sent someone out a couple days later. Cleaning whole house carpets should not take an hour especially for $320. When you hire cleaners for this they are there for a few hours. The initial carpet cleaner complained from the moment he got here about overworked and how hot it was. The second carpet cleaner was a lot nicer and was very thorough. My biggest complaint is why don’t they wear booties . My freshly cleaned carpets and his dirty shoes . Ugh This was so frustrating. I am not sure this was worth it . I was really expecting a different level of service and carpet cleaning. I could have had my guy I use for $150 come and do it and not be inconvenienced with multiple visits.

Julio was great, he walked us through expectations prior to service and also explained what he found after. I appreciate the few minutes he spent to explain things to me.

For two rooms which is all I had its the price for three rooms. I dont think thats good business to be honest. Ill probably go somewhere else next time and get better pricing elsewhere
