I’m always delighted that Zerorez technicians will go to a vacant house, assess things need to be done and call to verify what we’d like done. They call when the work is completed, lock up the house and our clients come home to a clean home ready for move-in!!

Our technician Terry H was very informative, courteous? To me your company seems to be very well run, starting with making the appt. There is one pet stain he did not quite get out , it was there for awhile did not notice until the next day when carpet was dry and vacuumed When he was done and left you could not see it. Thanks

I don't think it is anything you did - it is the process. Carpets were so horribly wet that it took more than a day to dry out.
