The carpets took almost 20 hours to dry, that's crazy. And I can see that a lot of the dirt really isn't gone. Your staff is great but I won't be calling you back.

There are two viewpoints, When you cleaned the tile at my house I was not happy with the results. When you cleaned my mothers tile the job was excellent. But as the person doing my mothers house I noticed one step of the cleaning process that the tech doing my house didn't do, was using the mechanical brush. Also the machine in the truck broke down and the tech had to leave and get another truck. You will be coming out a second time to redo my floors we will see if the tech follows your procedures and gets my tile and grout clean.
The representative that provided the work was amazing! Very courteous and explained everything. He did a wonderful job!! My tile floors look brand new!!
No sticky residue. Quick drying time
Very friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I'm pleased with how most of the tile and grout look, but the places where he said were too stained to clean stand out more. I need to know if there is any cleaner that can get these very obvious areas cleaned.
I had the grout cleaned in my kitchen and bathrooms. The service tech Colton was very efficient and helpful. It was worth the price to restore the original grout color and added sealant.

Your employee’s from telephone reservation to in home service was top notch, the best I’ve had experience with! I liked that no chemicals were used or fragrance. I was just hoping my walkways in the most traffic areas would look better. I learned from the technician that it’s just wear. He did go over the area again as requested and I appreciated it very much. The rest of the carpet looks wonderful.
Deep cleaning, outstanding employees who are on time, thorough, explain the process, kind and thoughtful about my dog, my safety and Davis was a wonderful example of that!

The technician didnt even know the type of tile we have. We have travertime but wrote down ceramic and was surprised when I brought this to his attention. He had noted imperfections in the tile that were there previously that are just normal with travertine.
He also tracked in footprints at one point after he finishe clearning because he forgot to wear his show covers.
Also, appearance would not denote that of a cleaning company.
Sorry to criticize but hope this is contructive for you. WIth a mask, your man was better as without he did not have his upper front teeth. Appearances and attention to details were the main issues feeding into my rating.
