The tile cleaning left a film on my tile and white salt looking stuff in my grout in some areas. I had to go over it again with my cross wave. I feel it left a soapy film on my tile and it dryers splotchy. Won’t do that again if I’m gonna pay that kind of money.

Starting from the call I made for the appointment when I spoke with a very friendly man on the phone that was so helpful, to the men that actually did the work, I felt that they really liked their jobs. That says a lot about a company. We had carpets cleaned and tile clean and sealed. Everything looks great. The technicians were on time, worked quickly, were very respectful of my property and were so helpful answering my questions and concerns. This was the second time we had used Zerorez and we will again.
The entire process from start to finish was nothing like I experienced getting my carpets done in July. I requested to have a specific tech come and they disregarded it completely. The guy that showed up was your typical salesman, he proceeded to measure every single room and raised my quote by $120. I asked for a spot on my carpet to be retreated and he acted like he knew nothing about it. Then proceeded to tell me that if I would have called sooner it would have been done at no cost and I waited too long.....I was pretty upset since I wasn’t expecting it for free. That is one reason I asked for Abel to come do my service, he knew it would most likely need a retreat. The service guy that came to do my tile proceeded to “clean it” and I have streaks and shoe prints throughout the house. He did just an ok job. He also parked in the driveway and left stains all over it. If I hadn’t of had the best first experience I would never have called to have zerorez come back. I am so disappointed. I actually wish I would have just sent him away and rescheduled when Abel was available.
Our technician Joe did a fantastic job. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked quickly. He was respectful of our home at all times. He wore a mask. Our carpet looks brand new again!

There are no strong scents, no crunchy carpet, and it seems to dry faster too. Employees aren't pushy with the "extras", but are knowledgeable as to why they may be important for our home.
