Tech was professional and nice
Our carpets were not easy due to age but now our carpets have blotches everywhere and looks worse than before. One room was great the other horrible. Did not get to see results until carpet was dried. I’m hoping we can get a tech back to rework the problem zones. Please let me know. Thank you

Great on our tile and carpet. Techs were nice and professional
I just discovered that $1,200 cash is missing from my desk drawer. I placed it in the front of my drawer Friday morning. I opened the drawer a few minutes ago and the cash is gone. Your technician is the only person who has been in my home. If the cash is not returned I will file a police report.
The employee was very courteous when he came to clean our carpets. He did a very god job and we were very hapy with the job! I would certainly recommend Zerorex to my friends and family!

Zerorez was perfect for me and my family. They helped me choose the right cleaning plan and this is the cleanest the carpets ever looked. They also were fast, I could not believe they were finished and the end results were spectacular. We will be using Zerorez again.
Can you just let me know exactly what type of chemical or not chemicals that you use on the carpet and how long the carpet should remain clean
I know when Dave leaves our carpet will be clean and still soft and pliable. No chemicals and odors left behind, either. This is the first time I tried the tile cleaning with Zerorez and was very happy with the results especially with the very reasonable price.
