Beautiful job. Carpet perfectly clean. Technician very courteous.
On my receipt I was emailed it states I was made aware of stains that may not come out on a standard three room cleaning, the technician said nothing to me about any concerning stains. We did not go over his service notes that was emailed to me and he also apparently signed my name on those service notes. Not very professional.
We were very pleased with the service, Our stone tile floors had never been properly cared for by prior owners, house is 26 years old so our expectations were not high. Technicial took time to explain and answer questions and did a test area so we could see what the results would be expected to be. He was friendly, safe and did the job in a shorter time than we expected. Floors look wonderful for the first time since we've owned the house. Thank you!
On the phone I was told I one gallon of the treatment would take care of the 2x3 area where my dog had an accident. When your technician came over he said he recommended 3 gallons and it would cost $75 per gallon. When he first brought his gallon in it had about one inch of product and he filled the rest with water. A little later he came in with another bottle of product and poured the whole thing into the gallon and filled the rest with water. It seemed inconsistent to me. He also kept leaving to talk to his boss on the phone. After the carpet dried I could still smell a stench. The tech was friendly and polite and seemed to know what he was talking about but felt like I was dealing with a car salesman.
The carpet and tile look and feel so clean!
The guys did a wonderful job in cleaning the very dirty carpeting in our office.

I was so happy that the gentleman that was here was able to get the rust stain my in-laws left out of my carpet. I noticed the guy had is fly down at the checking out process and I felt so bad I didn’t say anything. Sorry!! I noticed only until after he left that there was a wet carpet sign left on my staircase. I think it’s to prevent the hoses from scratching our railings. Did you guys want that back? I know once we get the extra money after the holidays we will be calling you all again for a few more cleanings. Thanks again!!

Customer service and carpet pet problems

I love the professional nature of the company. The services they offer covered all our carpet, tile and furniture needs. We worked with Chris and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain the process and show us the results as he worked. I highly recommend both the company and Chris’ work!

My husband and I are both 74, we moved EVERYTHING we possibly could for access to floor areas we wanted cleaned.
When your employee started on great room (living/dining area), I asked if he could do area rugs since tile and grout not accessible. I was told “sure”. Also, he used only one fan in one area despite having done a large portion of our home. Therefore, when he left all tile areas were still very wet. This resulted in my not seeing all the areas where effervescence appeared. He had told me this would happen and “all I needed to do was use a wet rang to remove”. I really don’t remember his offering to pay me to do his job!
It seems to me that when he finished with tile/grout in a room/area, he should have immediately started a fan(s) to assist in drying that area. If he had, I’m pretty sure our floors would have been nearly dry before it came time for him to leave. Then, he would have seen the effervescence and areas of grout that needed to be addressed before he left.
When it came time for payment, I didn’t realize he had charged me EXTRA for doing two area rugs. When I contacted office, only part of additional charges was given back to me in the form of an “account credit” for me to use next time.
At this point, I don’t know if there will be a next time. However, I do know that the next time I am with Danny Davis I will let him know how disappointing my experience with your Company was.
The employee was polite, respectful and knowledgeable.
Price is higher than other services, that is my only hesitation for a 10.
I was referred by a friend that uses you. I was not onsite, but my conversations with the techs before were very professional. My new renter says they did a great job.
He told me that the entry to each room would be dirty from all the walking and there was nothing he could do. But there is a square where it looks like it was extra cleaned. It’s not a spot where there was any rug or furniture on it so I’m not sure how there is a cleaner square there. Anyway. That’s my only issue
I called on Friday afternoon and Casey was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Fast friendly customer service. Eric p. The tech sent out was by far the best.
