How clean carpets turn out.

Evan the technician was excellent, providing before and after photos and he very patient and answered several questions.

Rather not say right.now

Evan did a great job, and we appreciated his joyful attitude. Thanks

The carpet looked and felt great after the work was performed

The technicians are so friendly - they arrive when promised. My carpet looks amazing!! Their price is right and they listen to all my concerns. Can’t say enough good about them - wonderful!!

The carpets weren't as clean as they have been in earlier visits and were much, much wetter when the job was complete.

Zachery was very polite and friendly.

We will use Zerorez again, but will ask for a better trained technician.

I am happy that you just use water and also my carpets look absolutely beautiful!

Disappointed.
Have rec Zerorez many times.
This time, carpet still wet today, no wall protectors used, no shoe protectors left to use on wet carpet, wet carpet not raked so mat in same direction. Very unlike other services I have had.

There are still tracks in the main walkway, hall and entryway. The one drop size blood stain is still there. There are still stains in several different locations. Maybe if your technician had spent more time working on the floor instead of outside on his phone, we would have had a better outcome. I am not sure leaving his vacuum tipped over on the carpet and letting it drip while he was outside talking was of any help. Your pretreatment did little to no good. I am going to have to rent a shampooer and finish the job I paid you for.

They are safe and effective. Service is friendly and explains how things work well.

It seemed expensive, but we did have great service. There is one spot in the upstairs hall that I think probably should have been gone over a couple times - it may have been sort of dark because of twilight though and harder to see at the time of service. But we were very happy with the job done and that the company worked with us to come during a time frame that we could be there.

Thank you!

Very professional! Nice service people. They do a great job!

Very clean . Technician was very professional.

Fresh and clean organic process. Technicians were friendly, professional and took the time to answer my questions. Rugs turned out beautifully.

Disappointed in all the things the company wouldn’t do: our tile floors, our upholstered chairs, our draperies......

Tech was very professional and courteous offered extra services and explained them to me but was not pushy about them and accepted when I declined been using ZeroreZ for several years and will continue to do so especially when they offer great prices

A super tech who did a superb job and recommended other areas of need

Zerorez Technician Joe is outstanding.

Joe and the Zerorez tile cleaning process made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of our tile and grout.

A job well done . I would recommend you to anyone else.

Thank YOU
