Chris was prompt and careful to keep the walls from being scuffed up by the hoses. After the rug was cleaned it dried quickly and there was no smell. My carpet looked really clean.

Quick dry, little smell and fast
The tech did a great job of cleaning the carpet and stairs, getting the most stains out. It looked so much better!! He was also fast, and he paid attention to my request to not stomp around in his removeable booties outside, and then come into the house, bringing all the dirt from outside in on his booties. Like, duh?? He put his booties on at the door and removed them when he went outside. I know that took extra time, but it helped keep down the tracked in crud in our house!! I will use Zerorez again, no hesitation!
Our cleaning agent was superb! Kudos and accolades go to Colin Bonitatibus for being extremely thorough and professional. Colin cleaned our carpets and took a personal interest in getting all of the stains out as if it were his own carpet. We liked the deep cleaning job the equipment and cleaning solutions performed. The front house was very courteous and professional as well. Very accommodating and informative.
We will definitely call on Zerorez again for our future carpet cleaning needs.

I was told during the initial quote that the fabric curtains, drawer liners, and all floors could be steam cleaned to eliminate odors I was concerned about. I explained what I wanted done when the cleaners arrived. Later when I checked on them, they said they only wiped down the window treatments because they looked clean. I reiterated that there was more than the look. I wanted them steam cleaned to refresh them. They did do this to my satisfaction. The failure is partly my fault because when they left and asked me to tell them if there was anything else that I needed to be satisfied, I told them that was all. I didn't expect that I would need to be their manager and check every inch of what they were supposed to do. I thought I could hire Zero Rez and they would just come and do the service that we had agreed upon. After they left and I thoroughly inspected their work, I realized they took some short-cuts. Even after I had them come back to clean the carpet at the entry door and the steps, they still had skipped a couple of cabinets and a drawer. There was also a very distinct haze on the tile floor. My wife and I finished cleaning it up that night. After mopping the tile, my mop bucket was totally filthy. If they used a cleaner on the tile, they needed to mop it again to finish the process, and remove the haze and dirt left behind. They did do most of the cabinets and drawers, but they left one drawer completely full of dirt, and the cabinet above the kitchen counters was not cleaned at all. Overall, they did a lot of work, but did not do a thorough job and hit all of the spots desired. I also don't like that, when looking back, they probably would have done whatever I asked, but I should not have to be their manager. I am the customer just paying to have a job done.
They were on time. Did a great job cleaning my carpets. Nice & considerate employee. He is welcome to come back next time.

Worker put a gouge in my stair wall while cleaning, knocked a frame off the wall and broke it, cleaned an ottoman and didn’t put covering down first and left a mess and stairs came out bad.
I chose Zerorez on a recommendation from a friend who I trust and not happy with results.

Carpets looked great and zerorez worked well with me. Second time I used them. However, this time they knicked the paint on my wall and marked up my baseboard.
