My rugs look better than new. Color seems brighter, smells so clean and feels great to walk on.
After calling in about the $135 3 room special I was told $180 because the master is oversized. After the tech showed up there was an additional $150 for 2 gallons on stain remover and an additional charge for a topical treatment. I ended up spending $425. Way too expensive. And $75 per gallon of stain removal is ridiculous.

I was very pleased with the result.
I was not pleased with the outcome of my high traffic areas. They do not look any cleaner. My carpet is only 3 years old. It is a light brown inexpensive carpet but even my management inspection questioned if I had the carpet cleaned professionally. This is a requirement for my lease. They inspected the day after my apppointment.
The technician that came out did an outstanding job with the cleaning. He used other pieces of equipment that the previous two did and it looks 100 times better.
Your technician was very good. I liked after he was finished and the carpet wasn't "crunchy". I guess it is the water you use. I am very satisfied with everything that was done.

They left four large oil spots in my driveway called talked to guy and told him about. Thought maybe they would come clean up Also told him that’s hard on truck. NO REPLY???

Fast and efficient! Carpets look great and the service provider was friendly and informative
I called and scheduled appointment for 3 rooms. My elderly mother was here when they came. They got her to agree to pay almost $1500 dollars to clean all 3 rooms. They took advantage of her and confused her. For that amount of money I could of replaced the carpet. It is disgusting that they manipulated the situation. I spoke to a supervisor and they apologized and feel that was how to make it right. I will continue to tell everyone I know this story and how this company practices buisness and has no morals or values when it comes to they elderly. Everyone i have told has been in shock and disgusted by Zerorez.
The end result was excellent with exceptionally friendly service from our technician.

The tile floors in our new home didn't look dirty, but we wanted to get them cleaned before moving in and Zerorez came recommended to so we decided to give them a shot. OMG- The floors were not that clean and after Zerorez was complete you could feel the difference just walking on the tile. The technician was friendly and also knowledgeable on how to keep the floors clean. Will be using them again!
