You've always been on time. Your people have always been very polite and professional whether they are the ones I have spoken to on the phone or the men who have cleaned my carpets. The cleaning is fantastic and I love that there is never a residue of chemicals left in the carpeting.

Your prices are a somewhat misleading. I do not like paying $20.00 for a area rug and advertising 3 rooms for a certain price and only go around the bed < I would think there is room to do a better deal than $20.00 on a area rug then.
Some urine stains did not come out and I have new carpet. When It was brought to the operator's attention, I heard yeah, that is a urine stain.

Technician seemed to have missed areas. The carpet did not have a consistent feel to it when it was wet or after it dried. Technician did not use corner blocks and drug his hoses across my freshly painted (two weeks ago) walls and baseboard and left black marks. I have used zerorez a few times now and this experience did not meet the expectation or standard that has been set.
The technician was on time, was friendly, and did a great job! We are very happy with clean carpets.
