Good job
Technician was professional, respectful or tenants and house, carpets look great & smell so much better. Arrived on time, went right to work. I highly recommend ZEROREZ
Absolutely wonderful and will use again!!! I love that there is no chemical residue and was impressed by how efficient, timely, professional and patient the service. Our provider took his time and did not rush when cleaning. He was very willing to clean another area rug that I forgot to mention in my initial inquiry. Everyone I spoke with was amazing!!
Jason done such a great job I couldn't believe how clean my carpet was when he finished. So pleased and I have used Zerorez for years.
Carpets come out looking and feeling great, no chemicals and stains don’t come back
Technician was friendly, courteous, thorough, and completed the job in a timely manner.
The employee that came to clean our carpets was awesome. Our carpets ended up needing more than just a simple cleaning, and he explained everything throughly and gave me time to talk to my husband to make the decision. I didn’t feel pressured. He updated me along the way and really took his time to make sure the carpets were cleaned properly.
Your process is the most thorough I’ve ever seen. My carpets are always so clean and never feel crusty. We had our tile cleaned this time and the grout looks like new!!! AMAZING!! The technician (Trayvon) is professional and friendly. He never rushes the job but ensures that everything is clean! We could not be happier!
Healthy cleaning process. Effective and efficient personnel.
Friendly professional workers
The service was awesome! We have already recommended them to our friends and family and know a few family members who have already booked appointments! Our carpet looks brand new! We are soo pleased! And our service man was so professional and courteous and efficient!
Brendan was fantastic. Very professional. Our tile looks so clean. We will happily recommend Brendan and Zerorez to everyone.
It was a good job but I thought the price was to high.
The Technician was very curtious and professional . He did a fantastic job.
The carpet looks new again.
Service appeared to be thorough and professional. I'm just learning about the product but it sounds good when I'm told the water is pure, and the citrus agent does a good job breaking apart the oils and dirt from the carpet (and seat fabric as I had our dining chairs cleaned also).
Great Tech and great service !
Quick, efficient, friendly and my 14 year old carpet looks practically brand new!
Very good products and service was great!
Clean and efficient! Made my old and worn rugs look better!
By your employee a new truck he left 2 big puddles of oil on the ground. The Tech was AMESOME.
Thanks.
The professionalism that what shown with such respect and patience with the customer. I appreciate the help. My carpets look amazing. Thank you to the tech who helped us. Sure hope he gets a nice raise or promotion in the future.
The carpet looks great when the sun is out. I explained that I had instances of urine and feces on the carpet and that is why I called (our animals got sick). He used his black light that just wasn't strong enough to see in the daylight. There is no smell as I got rid of that (which the cleaner told me I did well) but last night when I looked with the blacklight, all the urine and feces are still lit up. It is not the cleaner's fault, he did the best with the tools he was provided. Just disappointed that the main reason I scheduled the appointment wasn't able to be resolved.
Great product
Took 2 visits to make improvement.
Friendly, professional staff; cleanliness of carpets
Our carpets at a rental property looked great and smelled great after cleaning by Zerorez. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, & friendly. The only spot that didn't come out & we knew it wouldn't, was a red stain caused by a red beverage. Highly recommend Zerorez.
Robert did a nice job, was very personable and professional.
I like the process in which you clean carpets
We have used you all for many years probably 15 if I had to guess. I love that you use the empowered water it does a great job and it has no scent, that is big for me due to allergies I have recommended your company many times over the years and most of my family does use your company.
