The service technician came earlier than our appointment, he did a fantastic job with the biodegrade- the house smells so much better now. I was amazed with Zerorez, all of the ads that I have seen or read are absolutely true. Harold worked cautiously and carefully around the furniture. Thumbs up!

The technician that came in did not align with the Covid protocol stated on your website. He did not have gloves or shoe covers. Also, anytime we left the area he was cleaning he would take his mask off. This in turn could infect our home if he were sick. We have two babies in the house and chose your company specifically to keep the family safe.

My carpets look terrific, walking on them feels like they're brand new, you don't feel any soap residue. Our son also had Zerorez do his carpets, they looked brand new once they were done. He had his done a year ago and they still look great even having 5 animals in their home.

As your product and services are very well. You always seem to have a great deal for rooms and floors but when it comes to upholstery cleaning chairs things like that your prices are high and non competitive.
The company used purified water to clean the carpet, so there is no soap residue to attract dirt.
