Your carpet cleaning leaves no residue (which attracts more dirt) and the carpets are not as wet as other carpet cleaners.

Have had Zerorez for many years and recommended them to many friends. Their work is excellent. My carpets love them, and those carpets are about 19 years old, and still carpeting because of their care.
The young man who came a couple of days ago was surely representative of all of the "guys" who have come out to treat/clean my carpets. I wish I could remember his name. He was kind, thorough, helpful, made sure I was comfortable with his service, respectful, and clean in manner and work. A super guy that if I owned a company, I would want him as one of my employees.
You can't improve on perfection.
We have only used Zerorez for the 12 yrs that we lived here. The technicians have always been very helpful with any questions that we may have and have explained what they have found and may need to be treated.
The carpet cleaning was great. Would have rated this higher but found some door trim damaged by equipment after the tech left.
My carpet don't look clean it look the same as before. I'm not happy or satisfied.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets many times. Sidney, had done an excellent job, above and beyond the rest! We were disappointed when we called and found out that he had moved on...that was until we me Mike! Mike was personable, professional, courteous, aimed to please, and did a fantastic job on our carpets! We will definitely be requesting Mike in the future and look forward to seeing him again.
The carpet is clean however there is a line about 15 feet long that wasn’t there before the cleaning and it won’t come out even with vacuuming and it looks awful. I’m very disappointed after the high recommendation from others.
