Was overcharged $50. Was paying for a friends carpets to be cleaned as a gift and because I told her how pleased I always was with your service. I left my card on file with an authorization for a certain amount. We the invoice cane it was $50 higher and includes something not authorized by my friend, nor I. Have been told twice a manager was following up about my refund and both times I never received the follow up call. It’s a shame as I book your service every two months.

The carpet in our fifth wheel trailer look matted and shabby. I had Zero Rez clean the carpet to remove all the other attempts to get it clean. After the carpet dried I vacuumed with the power head of our vacuum to fluff the knap as much as possible. After 17 years of abuse the carpet looks much better. It will never be like new but I'd say we are about 60% there. The carpet smells clean again.
The carpets stay clean longer and feel cleaner than other companies we’ve used.

notice of his impending arrival of the service rep until his departure was positively outrageous service.
He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I have found my very own carpet cleaner company that I will not only continue to use when needed, but will refer others so they can do the same.
I like that the carpet doesn't turn out "crunchy" when you're finished. I also like that the tech is available to take as much time as needed to complete any additional work. Thank you!
Our technician was very nice. He was personable, focused, and informative about what he saw in my house. We run a dog rescue and accidents happen. He said the job he was going to do was not too bad on condition, and said it would look great when done... he was right! Thanks for all his hard work.

Our technician, Robert was very efficient and quick. He showed up earlier than planned and we had no issues with how he worked. He worked with us to complete the job well and we liked that he gave us the shoe protectors so we could walk on the carpet if needed. We were very happy with the work and service, thank you!
I love how no harsh chemicals or smells are used. I’m very sensitive to fragrances but don’t have any issues with ZEROREZ. Plus, my carpets get really clean. You’d never guess they are 18 years old!
