Great fast clean friendly and affordable afte4 Sarah Beth spill on the brand new carpet. They came out same day and fixed our bugaboo. I re o end them to everyone. I have tried to do it in the past as a matter of fact o used to own a rug Dr.. nothing compares to the water zrorez uses. Soaps attract dirt when not removed. Completely impressed. Finally someone who kept there word and didn’t try to oversell they’re product. I will be contacting this co. Again to take care of out new tile as well. Great job Zerorez. Tech needs a raise too, he went all out to make sure promises were kept when his cleaning machine started to fail him he jumped into action calling another tech and getting him 3pen-route while he attempted to fix the machine. Way to plan ahead but he fixed it in less 5han 15 min and got the job done in an hr. This is ho2 you do business folks take notes. I used this company because of how friendly the techs always are when u see them each morning filling up the vehicles with gas as I am an employee sharing the same industrial area as zerorez and fuel at the same QT. Still not disappointed after partitioning them for a job well done Kudos.

Zerorez has always been on time, been very courteous, and has done a great job on my carpets. We use Zerorez on our home as well as our rental homes and have never been disappointed. We have been using them for years and will continue to use them in the future!

I was so looking forward to having your service. Several of my Bellasera neighbors highly recommended ZeroRez but I did not have a similar outcome.

Matt has some good customer service skills but spent time on his mobile phone texting or reading stuff and not enough time watching what the water suction machine was doing. The carpet is still, in five or six places, sopping wet after 30 hours of dry time. Need to have a company come out to dry the carpet before I can book another company to come clean it.
$590. seemed like enough money to have a quality cleaning.

You guys do a great job cleaning but your phone estimates leave something to be desired. I was disappointed that the estimate was $200 less than what I was told it would be when your guy showed up. You need to ask better questions and listen better to your customers and don't try and Pidgeon-hole everything into one of your packages. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business, but now I don't trust your estimates and will be very cautious next time I ask for a quote.

My carpet feels and looks cleaner.

The prices you give over the phone are totally much lower and when they come out to the house the price is double. I didn't have a choice since I needed to get it done. I wish all the grout came cleaned but it didn't.

I still found missed spots on the carpet and the entryway where the carpet meets the tile was still dirty. I was waiting till it was completely dry and I was off work to vacuum to be sure. I also didn’t feel like the carpet felt soft in bare feet, leaving me with the feeling it wasn’t completely clean. I had to go over it today with resolve carpet cleaner to try and fix the dirty spots I have a home inspection from my property management company which was thereain I wanted it to look really clean. It’s obviously still not the result I had hoped for listening to your commercials. Don’t really like the fact I pay to have my carpet cleaned and then have to go over it again on my own.
