My past experience has been wonderful. The gentleman picked up my rugs Monday 10/26 were pleasant and very helpful. Arrived several hours early as I was returning home from medical appt. Used this company many times in past for my home and properties. Was taken aback as they now charge a “service charge” for picking up rugs. In past paid for cleaning after they completed it. This time service charge and new policy is to have customer pay in advance before service and rugs returned. This was rather concerning. Never paid in advance for a service. I’m hoping the rugs are cleaned well. It remains to be seen. I’ll update after the service is performed and rugs are returned.

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an outstanding job and my carpets are very clean without the chemical smell afterward. He pointed out some areas of concern and offered his advice for future use. The other company i used would scratch our baseboards and furniture. He did none of those things and I am extremely satisfied.

Service agent arrived early, completed within the time, carpets were cleaned thoroughly.

From the beginning when I spoke with Alice and she worked hard to give me the time that worked best for us. I believe she even called in another worker to get me scheduled.

Then Aaron arrived to take care of the service of cleaning the carpets on time!!! (he has taken care of us before). Did a great job and in a timely matter.
