I only rated a 7 since I've really no idea how well your service would work on a carpet not as worn and dirty as mine. Your technician was very truthful in showing me what could be expected and I appreciate his honesty. I have used no other carpet cleaning service, so can't make a comparison.
I am very happy with how everything turned out! My carpets look great now
I've used them twice now and I'm very happy with the service and results. The guys who came out to do the cleaning were extremely professional. Carpet feels clean and there are no chemical odors.
Trey did a great job. He was professional and poilite. Our area rugs looked so much better. The only recommendation I have for future is there was about 6" of one of our rugs that was under a couch. I would have moved the couch if I had known I needed to.
The tech was very efficient and worked quickly while explaining the three- step process. Two things I would mention. The tech could check the path of the hose to be sure it’s clear. A few things were knocked over (one item was slightly damaged but Not a big deal). The second is, I have a dog and the the carpets smelled very much like a wet dog rather than deodorized. The carpet is just three years old and the dog has never “done business “ on them so that was a bit disappointing but they look clean, just don’t smell clean.

Technicians were great, however you need service your vehicles. On the last cleaning, the van left a lot of oil drippings.

Bid more than doubled once tech got on site. His measurements of square feet were more than the original house plan dimensions. The whole experience felt like bait and switch.....not to mention the carpet pulling away from the pad and coming home to a large carpet bubble

The technicians are professional and wear a mask as well as foot coverings. The carpets are beautiful and clean. We've been using your service for 4 years and will continue to do so.
The tech was very friendly and the carpets look great. However I have 3 items that I was not fully satisfied with:
1. The tech did not wear any PPE.
2. The title was left with messy dirt water spots from the equipment and there was no effort to clean up the mess.
3. The van left two large oil stains on the street right in front of our home.
