Using water, carpets are not stiff and brittle

I talked to one of your Managers today. Had my carpet cleaned yesterday. When your technician left, the carpets were extremely wet. 24 hours later, the carpet in my master walk in closet were still wet. Also, as late as this morning, most of the carpets were damp. For a Company that’s advertises you get over 90% of the water out, and they dry within 4-6 hours in not at all what I experienced. Very unhappy.
I’m having my carpet people come out Monday to pull the carpet up in the master closet to make sure the pad isn’t as wet as the carpet.
Your really need to train your people to use less product, or change your advertisement.

Zerorez does an outstanding job in their service. My carpets and my tile look like new even though it’s nine years old. The technician was so polite and professional and he did a great job. I’ve used them for a number of years and always been very happy.

Service guy did a good job it's a good product I didn't have to worry about doing it myself and I am very happy with the results. It is true "no crunchy carpet"..

I was very pleased with the results after my carpet cleaning! I have berber carpet and it is 21 years old. I was told when I purchased it that it had a great wear life, and I had it cleaned every year until my husband died. Now, I have it cleaned every other year and it came out great, looking like new again thanks to zerorez.

The young man who cleaned our carpet and area rugs did a very good job. He was prompt, knowledgable, and efficient. Everything turned out great!

That you don't use harsh chemicals or detergents. I feel that our carpets are actually clean with no residue.
