The scheduling is great, I was able to get service on the day i needed and the tech was on time!

I thought you would have a carpet rake and unstick the matted down areas where a heavy couch was sitting but the tech just cleaned over them and left them all matted down. That was a disappointment.

Your employee was extremely helpful and professional. He was quick and even took the extra time to do an add on service of a few mattresses. We are repeat customers. Last year we used a Groupon for a competitor, we’ll never do that again. Zerorez is the best!

I was not impressed with the quality of the job. I think some spots could have been cleared of stains. The cost was higher than expected. Would not use again, I could have done the same job myself.

Although we had some noticeable traffic patterns, we expected them to be cleaned. They are still quite visible after vacuuming. When vacuuming after cleaning, still notice considerable dust. Also, when I measure our hallway, I get 25 linear feet; charged 45.

Carpets came out looking very nice and we are pleased with your service. Mom was just a little upset they wanted an extra $20 for a spot on the throw rug but this part actually came up with just regular cleanings

I was shocked and disappointed at how much more expensive it would be to use the “special” pet stain solvent. Also I was told our carpets would not be crunchy after your cleaning and they are.
