Can’t even tell one rug was cleaned at all.
And then he put the protector on over the dirty rug. Says it’s not dirty just worn fibers but it’s the color of dirt still!
The rug in dining room actually is ruined. Took the color out in In one area and it’s not clean either. It’s also crunchy and feels terrible on our feet.
I will have to replace two out of the three

Joe was fantastic!! Very patient with my talkative special needs nephew. The rugs were awful before a lot of pet stains!! He treated them all and this 20 year old rug looks great. Can not thank him enough. Love the water!!
The scheduling process was seamless. I was notified promptly confirming my appointment, and was notified that the tech was running ahead of schedule. Our tech, Rachel, was very professional and thorough. Our carpets look amazing! She was very forthright with her assessment and she exceeded our expectations. I found ZEROREZ to be quite economical as well.
The technician was prompt, professional and thorough. I love that my carpets are soft and clean after service without the usual stuff feeling of other services as well as no chemical odors.
My carpets get clean!!
They were able to get us in the same week that I called, the scheduling and tech personnel were professional and courteous, they gave me a "30 minute out" call to assist me in managing my day, it was a painless experience. Thank you for that! Oh ya, the carpet looks great too!
Two things that both have a central cause. As for carpet cleaning in Master Bedroom we should have looked at it before we paid and Zach was gone. The carpet was very wet and there were multiple "waves" in the carpet. My wife called in and was told to wait until it dried and the "waves" would go away. They mostly did with the exception of one that runs under the bed.
Second, we had the grout cleaned. Again, it was very wet when Zach left. After it dried there was some improvement, but certainly not worth the price. Also, tracks were left going out the door in a tiled area that was not treated. Obviously the tennis shoes were wet and tracked out on the dry tile. "Booties" should have been worn.

I had the nicest service tech! Super informative and professional.
Everything went very well. Our service man was punctual, efficient and very nice. The carpets look and feel wonderful. I was a little overwhelmed with the price. I had underestimated the square footage of my home. I was hoping to get three 3 room specials + halls (approx. $400). With all the extras it was more than double that. Surprise! Thank you for your great service even though it was pricey.
The device was great I would have wanted the guy to take a little more time to focus on the spots in the carpet and not just go over it and say he is done

There was definitely no crunchy feeling after the carpet dried! The only problem I have is that my carpets smell more like pet urine than before but Zerorez has already scheduled a redo appointment for me so looking forward to having this resolved!
GOOD SERVICE
We have used you before for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have recommended you to many people over the years. This was the first and last time we will ever use you for tile and grout cleaning. It is nearly indistinguishable that our tile was cleaned with many areas still dirty. The puddles that were left behind dried leaving patches that I had to clean with a mop. I actually still see some white around edges. Overall, this was the biggest waste of $455 I have spent and am extremely disappointed. Honestly, the only thing you can do is refund my hard earned money.

Quality of service is great, and the end result is exceptional. Colton did an excellent job cleaning, and sealing our tile grout. He arrived on time, and made sure we were happy with the results. This is not the first time we have used Zerorez services. We will continue to recommend them to all our friends, and family.
