I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 4 or 5 times in the past few years. I have always been somewhat satisfied, gaging by other carpet cleaning companies.I have had to call them back the past two times to go over spots. However when Luis came and cleaned my carpets he actually did a fantastic job. He came in and sprayed the carpets completely. Other techs had just spot sprayed. Luis then brought in a machine that no other tech has used before to actually scrub my carpets inch by inch. He then came in with the zerorez water and steam cleaned them, not missing a single carpet fiber. Finally he did something else no other zerorez tech has done, he raked the carpet! He is a fantastic tech and I will hold the job he did as my standard. I’ll ask for him by name!
They were fast. In and out and had my carpet and kitchen tile looking brand new again. I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future.
The quality of work is as stated in their advertisement! Very soft carpet, very clean and detailed work.

The system works great on tile and grout as well as carpets. No residue. I like that
ZeroRez came to the rescue so fast! We has a nasty staining spill and they came first thing! The guys worked and worked to get that stain out! Thank you ZeroRez!!

You do a nice job on the carpet and your workers are very nice. The only complaint I have is you are the only people that feel the need to charge extra for the second floor. Things are expensive enough without adding to it.
Rugs are not sticky and dry quickly .
Joe did a great job cleaning our carpets. Will be calling today to schedule tile cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed talking with your technician, Quinten. He was thoughtful, considerate, intelligent and friendly.
Service tech used 3 gallons at 75$ each to remove odor in a small area, didn’t work at all. I spent over $400 to have stairs, master bedroom and master closet cleaned (the carpet is less than 6 months old) and the spot in my closet still has a strong odor. Very disappointed

The call to schedule service was quick and professional. They took the time to explain their products and really make sure we knew all of the pricing. The technician was appropriate with Covid protocols and did such a nice job on the carpet. The carpets felt BRAND NEW!

I like that the service tech was on time, the carpets did not have the residue but tech should have given explanation or at least mentioned spots that did not come clean. (I had waited outside while he cleaned carpets and did not go inside till after he had departed)

The tenichian was very friendly and professional. He explained everything throughly and the carpet came out very nice, he was fast and through. It was very easy to schedule and priced very competitive. When it dried about 5 hours it was nice to walk on no crunch.
First, I want to say that Colton did a fine job of cleaning the carpets. The issue came when I asked him about cleaning an 8 x 10 area rug. Not sure whether I saw on a web site correctly or not but I thought an area rug was $45 to clean. Colton said no it was $80 to clean the area rug. When I said not he began to tell us that a new area rug was very expensive. A totally inappropriate conversation to begin. Left both my wife and me with a very bad taste. This was not his job to argue about the cost of replacing the area rug. It was rather insulting for him to begin that conversation.
It did seem very strange that 80 square feet was going to be a $1 per square foot while a carpet, three rooms, would be $0.20 per square foot for three rooms. One room would be $0.30 per square foot. That is if all of the rooms were at the 250 square foot size.By the way, none of our rooms that were cleaned were even close to 250 square feet.
Not sure if I will use zerorez again in the future simply because of the controversy. Certainly will not use Colton.
Chad your service man was very efficent. He tried to get almost all stains out. he worked hard and did a great job.
