Feel of carpet after washed. Price is just too high for me. I have a great room and very large bedroom and den 12 x 34. I get them washed for $120. No pets no stains. I got a quote of 240 from you... Sorry.

The technician was polite and friendly however he seemed to take a long time setting up and was done with the actual cleaning very quickly ( stairs and landing). He also said he had to drain his tank in my outside drain before he could begin.
When the technician left, the carpet felt much wetter than the last time it was cleaned by you, and I mentioned this to him. It also feels a bit crunchy now that it has dried, which has not happened before. He did get the pet stains out !!!!
Maybe he needs more training? I would like to hear back from you and see if you can make any adjustments to my bill .Please do not fire the employee.

The services was good.
I would have liked the tech to spend a little more time in some of the high traffic areas. He did in one area that looks so much better but didn't in other areas. Also he didn't do the landing on the stairs and forgot one stair.
Your tech Chris would be the reason I would use you guys again he was very nice. Was great with my dogs. Explained the process of how he was going to clean the floor . Was right at my house at 8am with appointment.

The carpets are well cleaned after Zerorez visit. Virtually no residue of any kind left behind. Carpets dry more quickly than any other type of carpet cleaning we have used. Great customer service. Techs know their business.
Didn’t look as good as usual not happy with servicemen, He seemed to have a nagative attitude from the time of his arrival. Left spots all over the tile, we had to mop the floors when he left. Have been a loyal customer for the past three times but no more.

The technicians were polite, respectful, and efficient. Few things are more gratifying than a clean home, a clean carpet! ZeroRez delivers! The carpets were cleaned and finally comfortable to walk on with bare feet.

I experience was a very good one the young man that came to clean the carpet was experience and took care with his work. I would definitely recommend this company for any of my floor cleaning issue.

The service was wonderful and the carpet looks great but the charge is too high for the room and hallway that was done. In the room there was a 9 ft entertainment center with a 6 ft sofa that wasn't moved and was cleaned around. They charged $2 per foot for a 15 foot hallway. They should have considered the 13 feet that was cleaned around in the room to the 15 feet of hallway and charged less. We were not expecting the hallway to be totally free but the charge to be less than what was charged. All in all the carpet looks wonderful and the service was great.

They did not look like they were cleaned. So I guess even though soap makes them crunchy there is something to be said about using soap instead of just water. Guy that cleaned the carpets had no personality & appeared he either doesn't like his job or maybe just having a bad day
On time, fast and professional! Didn't think it was possible for my carpets to look new again.
