I like the fact that you do not use any harsh chemicals. You do a great . . job of cleaning very dirty carpet. I had carpet in a area of my garage and it was very dirty and it looked like new when he finished cleaning it. Thank you very much. Austin did a great job.

Even though we had to reschedule our appointment 3 times, we always were treated respectfully and with understanding for our situation.
