This was my first time employing Zerorez. I asked them to clean my carpets before moving into my new home. I have a lot of health problems an am on oxygen. I have to have not only a clean home, but a chemical free home .Plus, since I have not moved in yet, the team from Zerorez was kind enough to enter my new home without me present, perform the cleaning, and lock everything up when they were done.
I'm not fully moved in yet, but earlier today I took some boxes to my new place and walked barefoot on the Zerorez-treated carpet. I was very pleased with the the cleaning. The carpet was soft, not crunchy, there was no smell, and it looks brand new!
On top of everything, the cost was less than most carpet sanitizing places on Groupon! I will definitely utilize their services again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know! (I know that sounded cheezy, but what do you want from someone who's been out of the hospital 1 week, and moving on Saturday?)

I like the ability to schedule on-line. I like the quick availability to have my carpet cleaned. I like that the staff are professional and polite. I like how quick it took to clean 5 rooms. Most of all my carpet looks great and feels great once it dried.

Colton was very nice, and he explained the process and what to expect very carefully. The carpet dried very quickly. I’m not really happy with how the traffic areas turned out. The paths still appear to be dark, and I’m watching the stain in the living room to see if it comes back.

No residue
Maybe I didn’t request the proper cleaning. But the dirty areas of my carpet do not look much better. The very first time I had somebody out here, they did a much better job. This time, not so much. I don’t know if there wasn’t enough time allotted, they were only here an hour, I’m not really sure what the issue was.
The product is fantastic. NO RESIDUE!!! The carpet is as soft as when I got it. And cleaned up wonderfully.
And, my tile I s cleaner than I could ever get.
I don't think the walk path areas cleaned up like I thought they should.

We always refer you. We would not use anyone else. Your products are natural and my carpets don’t have residue after they’re done cleaning them. Stays clean much longer than other companies.

He did a really good job of cleaning my carpets. The reason I gave a 9 out of 10 was because you seem to be more expensive than other companies. (I didn't book other companies so I can't say for their extra fees or whatever) regardless of this I would probably call you guys again. I really respect the gentleman who came. I would definitely call you again and make sure that I get him.
