The technician was knowledgeable and paid attention to ever issue. It was the attention to detail that was the most impressive.
Carpets come out clean and soft
The online appointment booking is very convenient. The technicians have always been prompt, courteous, and professsional.
3 price changes each one going UP. When I first made appointment, I was quoted $142.50.
Had to change the appointment to another date then was told it would be $152.50. I told clerk about $142.50 quote but was told that was wrong, that it would be $152.50. Then on cleaning day I talked to tech to confirm the cleaning of 2 bedrooms included closets, as you had in the past. Tech told me master closet would be $20 more--policy change in January. So final price ended up being $172.50. I think you should divulge your new closet policy when people order service, especially when they are repeat customers whose past experience had included closets in bedroom price. I printed each quote if you want to review.
Also, not sure tech actually cleaned master closet after all. My cleaning lady (45 years experience) took a look and said it appeared very dirty, that it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. She vacuumed to try to make it look better.
House is vacant, in between tenants. I have used Zerorez since I bought this house in 2012 and I am very disappointed and probably won't use your company again unless you can do something to make this right. The tech was never nice and did a great job.
Tech took a very unsatisfactory attitude with the outcome of the floors. He kept on saying, "it's not perfect, but better than it was, as it had been neglected for a long time." I purchased the house "as is" and had not had the chance to clean grout before this. His comments were not comforting. He also bragged about everything he was doing and why. I didn't much care. I just wanted the job completed in a professional manner, with him being cautious not to damage my property. Not sure if I would call Zerorez back.
