I have to tell you I was a little bit skeptical about using Zerorez at first. We had always used Chem Dry and been satisfied with their work, but their pricing was outrageous.
After reading very positive reviews about Zerorez, we decided to give you a try. Well, we couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and the price paid. The technician did a very thorough job, made sure we were happy and did NOT rush to complete the job. I think we have dound a new permanent carpet cleaner after using Chem Dry for nearly 20 years.
Our carpets came out very clean, no spotting, and with truly ZERO residue left on them. The carpet was NOT soaked in water, which means the padding underneath was not damaged. My wife takes great care in selecting a carpet cleaner, and I'm pretty sure she has found the best. Thank you Zerorez for a job well done at a fair price.
Not enough experience with "products" other than the Finished Product. I am very happy with the results of Colin's efforts in completing this task. He was polite, efficient and friendly, I would further say he is truly an asset to your company.

The tech that came did not do a good job. When the sun came up today we noticed a large spot in our Arizona room that looked like it wasn’t cleaned well.
Also our carpeted patio has many spots which he did not clean well and I asked him to do the steps which I don’t think he did. They are dirty. He spent such a short time on that area.
We will need you to return to clean these areas. Please do not send the same service person...he came with an attitude and left with a worse one when I told him I called the office for a price to add on the carpeted patio.
He packed up and then I told him the office said he should clean the carpeted patio.
I had to go to the truck to ask him when I could walk on it and when it was best to put the furniture back on. Something he should have told me before he left...
I would be surprised if he was here for 35 minutes to do two areas....in the light of day it doesn’t look very good.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! I had some pet stains which they got out with the extra treatment. It was an extra cost for which it was well worth it. I will definitely have them back again!
The service was great! I would recommend your services to friends and family. However, at times that person cleaning would take his mask off and it made me uncomfortable. However, since my family and I wore a mask the whole time he was at our house, I think he figured it out and put his mask on. We are living in a very critical time and it is important for my family and I to keep ourselves safe and keeping others say. You might want to tell all of your employees the importance of keeping the mask at all times while working.

Luis did a nice job and was very friendly.
First cleaner left the carpet super wet that took almost 2 days to dry and left a spot that was NOT visible before he cleaned. Second cleaner came and worked on the spot but it's still not gone. He called later and said if I wasn't satisfied, he could send a manager to look at it. This is a rental property so I told him IF the new tenant complained, I'd ask for a manager at that time.
The technician was on time, very personable, and very clean and derailed.
It was easy to schedule online and they keep you inform when they will be arriving. They did an excellent job!
I paid $438 to have 2 rooms of carpeting cleaned. I did have cat urine in a corner of my bedroom that needed to be removed and I was told you could do it so I understand the upsale for that and the scotch guard. My carpet is top of the line pet carpet and my pad Is also top of the line AND it is only 2 years old so I thought you could do this easily. I am so disappointed and I feel I wasted my money. The area where there is cat odor didn’t smell right after the tech cleaned it but the day after the odor is back and the general cleaning was substandard. The carpet at the kitchen entrance is still matted and I was told ‘it is worn too bad’. That is not true because I can unmat it myself, it still is dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed before the tech started his ‘cleaning’ and the nap was not raked after the cleaning. I don’t know if that is your typical process but I have never had a carpet cleaning company not vacuum or rake up the nap after. Good thing I vacuumed the night before!! Your advertisements are very compelling but I do not feel I got my money’s worth for 2 carpeted rooms and the cleaning actually lived up to the advertisements. Now, I have to contact another company to come clean my carpets. I will not recommend your company to anyone. I will say that your tech was friendly and talkative, that was very nice. However, the cleaning process stinks. Please call or email me if you have questions.
