No chemicals feels clean
You were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I was not surprised by the cost because the quote was correct. Plus my couches look great.

After having carpets cleaned for decades, Zerorez is the only company that leaves our carpets soap free. Our carpets stay cleaner much longer because there isn't soap left behind. Also we love using the empowered water for cleaning our counter tops and windows. It is streak free and also has no scent.
I've used Zerorez several times now, always satisfied, polite associates, Jordan Hamilton was my last service provider, did an excellent job.
Very disappointed .. carpet and some tile just not clean at all .. David is a very nice guy - arrived on time and did the work .. but when dry, the carpet still looked dirty ! It looked like it had never been cleaned. I have never written a bad or negative review, but this experience was just not good.

They do a great job
The service person was prompt, professional, skilled, and personable. The service was easy to schedule online, and I really liked seeing the pricing before committing. I was also able to ask a question online and received a prompt and helpful reply via text. I only used the tile service, but the process eliminated years of ground-in grime. It left the tile, fresh out of the box, clean. It could not alleviate all grout stains because my grout was, apparently, never sealed.
Your service guy was amazing, very hard working but I specifically requested service for a cat urine smell. I spent money on 5 gallons of an enzyme that i was hoping would actually do somthing. My carpets are old and its my fault for owning a cat but i could have saved rhe additional 300 on the enzyme since it didnt do anything. I guess i was just hoping for a miracle and i was disappointed.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. We were really impressed with the professional service and the price. They explained the process and did a fabulous job. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.
Reps were professional and I like that you do not use harmful chemicals.
I like the product - it is easy to use and does a good job. The people who come to do a cleaning have always been polite and efficient.
They should not ask to use your bathroom though.....
Was pleased with the job Eric did cleaning my bedroom carpet. He was professional, caring and took the time to explain his process.
The technician left the key in the front door lock (on the outside!) and the side door wide open. I had asked him to please lock up and put the key in the lockbox and he said no problem. Owner went to the house the next day and found the home left in this condition and was very upset. I was shocked as I’ve used your company several times for clients.
