YOUR TECH DID A GREAT JOB! VERY PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL. HOWEVER,HIS DISPATCHER FLUNKED. HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO CALL PRIOR TO TECHS ARRIVAL SO WE COULD NOTIFY GUARD AT GATE AND BE PREPARED.HE FAILEDTO CALL AND WE HAD TO SCURRY AROUND GETTING DRESSED,CONTROLLING OUR DOGS ETC. WHEN TECH RANG DOORBELL UNANNOUNCED.

Great service! Very knowledgeable. Used a black light on my pet spots to show me! Some were old spots that bled through after previous cleanings! After she was done, zero pet spots!
I had an apholstered swivel chair that had previously been cleaned, but still had marks on it from the last go around. She did a test on the fabric, confirmed with her managers it shouldn’t have been treated with water prior. She took those earlier fees off my bill.
