I think your pricing is high compared to ChemDry which has been half of what you charged me on my first round with you. The tech was nice. I just think you are overpriced and for that reason I'm out.

The services of a Senior Technician have always been spectacular on my 17 year old light gray carpet which routinely is marred by a dear cat with a "sensitive" stomach. Zerorez has been my company of choice since 2009 and I see that continuing. Rachel did the service on 11/23 and I will praise her to you for her knowledge, experience, ability and friendliness. She made it feel like an old friend was in the house helping me out. Zerorez provides the best method of cleaning and the best personnel.
I would most definitely recommend zerorez, they did a fabulous job on our carpets and the Service Technician was very knowledgeable, respectful and kind!
