I like that there aren't any chemicals used to clean carpets and rugs. Fairly easy to schedule.
My carpets look GREAT and are soft to walk on...no crunchy feeling! The representative that came to my house was very polite and professional. He went over exactly what he was going to do before he started. When he was done he even mopped my newly installed tile floor! I highly recommend ZeroRez!
The technicians that cleaned our carpet and chairs did a good job. They were professional, careful with our furniture. We are happy with Zerorez service.
Couldn't be more pleased. Tech(truck said Ren: forget what he stated when he arrived) was great! Really took his time and got the all the nooks and crannies. Verbally covered everything and all my options. And even went over bill at time of payment. Be sure you keep this employee!
As advertised: No crunchy carpet. No icky smell. New to me home is really starting to feel like mine! :)

Our most recent service appointment as no different. The technician called ahead and arrived exactly at the promised appointment time. The scope of work was discussed and the carpet was cleaned to new condition.

No chemicals are used. The cleaning is done quickly & the carpet dries in no time.

One of the master bedroom carpets at the entry still has dirt marks. Can someone come back to clean this area again?

Zerorez was fantastic. The technician, Mike was friendly and arrived on time. He did a great job of removing stains. We had two rooms cleaned, it took just under an hour and afterward they looked and smelled fantastic. The price was reasinable and it was easy to boom our apointment.

Joe Guy the technician was amazing. He did a wonderful job. Actually he should be the employee of the year. Fast, efficient and very a good worker.

The is the third time I have used Zerorez and I will not be looking for another carpet and tile cleaner. Their product is excellent!!
When I asked about the "we don't move furniture" line, I asked " you don't move a coffee table from side to side to clean under it?" He said that if the wooden legs sit on the wet carpet it might stain the wood and/or the carpet. I said "don't you have styrofoam blocks you can set the furniture on?" He said yes, if you'd like us to do that, we can do it. That is not a service I should have to ask about. That should be an automatic I've-got-them-in-my-hands service. I found that petty. You are the first company I've ever had to ask to do that.
Otherwise the gentlemen were very professional, worked well as a team, and were done in about 45 min. They gave me booties to wear until my carpets dried. My carpet looks good and I'm pleased with the results.
