Great job. Friendly staff.

Pricing, just had 4 rooms done with 3M protectant, came to $240 w/military discount, $60 a room. Without discount would have been almost $70/room, getting too pricy.

We were just a bit disappointed in the area cleaned - we had all but our downstairs bathroom cleaned - and hoped that would have been included for the cost. We will call again for service and be more clear when getting the work done.

It was easy to make an appointment on-line. Zerorez kept in contact with me to advise me of the service time (window) and when they were on the way. Very easy to do business and friendly technician.

I have been using Zerorez since 2006 for both my business and my home. The carpet in both places are commercial quality and after cleaning they both look almost brand new.

The tile was a waist of time and money!
Tiles maybe clean but grout lines have no noticeable difference! For hundreds of dollars there should be an easily noticeable difference.

I like the people I have contact with and speak with on the phone. They are very courteous and helpful and know their job.

After carpet was cleaned a small green spot appeared in the office. Later two more appeared along with a brownish/black spot, all approximately a quarter inch round. Our carpet is a light cream color. Carpet is still a little damp in areas. We ran our fans for almost 2 days. Could you please return to take care of the 4 spots.

This is the best company to have take care of carpets. They are very professional. Making our appointment was effortless. Our technician Brady was awesome. He was very knowlagable and kind. He was patient and didn't mind my questions. He wasn't even bothered by the ongoing barking of iur little pups. I would recommend Zero Rez to anyone who needs these type of services. the hose rubbed against my white stair rails and turned them black. the carpet was crunchy and the laminate floors were left a mess from the employees shoes.
