Customer service, quality of work
There were a few stains on the carpet in one of the rooms and the tech was able to get those out. I also like the fact that I could not smell any chemicals which was nice for a change. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
I do have one request and that is when a client is the first appointment of the day 8 to 10 am and the tech does not show up until 10:10 I thought that was a little rude. I assume that the tech thought it was no big deal to let us wait until after the window.

I've used Zerorez 3-4 times on my 4 year old carpet. I've not been disappointment in the past, however this time, the cleaning quality was not up to par and my carpet is still crunchy even after being vacuumed several times. Date of services was 11/21/20. Thank you.
My Technician Brandon did a wonderful job on my carpet and tile. He was very thorough.
The company let me know they could come sooner than scheduled which was perfect. The technician (I believe his name was Evan) was clean cut and super nice. We walked through the carpet areas and found they were dirtier than I understood. He explained the different services without any pressure, and he was very informative. He worked quickly and the carpets look great. I just need to call Zerorez a couple times a year from now on. Thank you for coming out so quickly.

Service provider Paul was great! Carpet looks like new and feels soft, as opposed to the "crunchy" feel left by other carpet cleaning services.
Rug was reasonably clean considering it's age but did not feel very soft after drying
The carpet in my house is the original, something like 24 years old. It is a light beige in color. There were some pretty bad spots where it was almost turned dark brown. I was worried I would need to completely replace the carpet.
I had the carpet in the whole house cleaned -- six rooms. I'm just amazed. The carpet literally looks brand new again. Your service saved me the cost of buying a new carpet.

The technician was great, but I fet that the service itself was a little overpriced. I did have to mop my floors right after they dried because they had horrible water puddle spots.
Your technician Paul did an excellent job! He walked us through the process from start to finish and did a thorough job . Our carpet has never been cleaned properly before and the difference is night and day .

We like the idea that there is no chemicals used or the after smell that they leave for days. The process is amazing, it's like magic to see your carpet transform back to looking new again.
The techs are always pleasant. Our Tech Jeffery K was excellent. We had a mid afternoon window and he called to ask if he could earlier, so it was a win win for all of us. Jeffery was very good, taking good care of the bottom portions of our furniture to protect it and used special guard around them. He was very kind and helpful and worked hard on the few problem areas(from the recent use of medical equipment we used) and had us check all the rooms to make sure we were satisfied before he shut down the equipment. He even gave us booties to help keep his hard work clean for a little while longer. : )
We would definitely request Jeffrey K/Zerorez to come back again. Thank you Jeffrey.

Friendly staff, clean environment
The Zerorez process leaves our carpets looking looking so much brighter. I like that there are no harsh chemicals used. The technicians are friendly and efficient.
