Jesse was awesome.. better than on time, early and communicative. He went over all of my options explained everything to me with regard to high traffic areas, pet treatments, and dry times. His service was fast and efficient. My carpets look and smell amazing, even with 4 animals in my house. Super reasonable pricing and overall amazing service. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Chris the technician that came to my place was the best that I have had . He was nice polite. And he brought this carpet to look like new. I am very pleased with everything. You can have a great product but if your people don't clean correctly it doesn't matter how good your product is. Kudos to Chris.
Brian was knowledgable and professional. Carpets were done by 10am on Thurs. Friday I still had noticeably damp spots in living room and hallway despite turning heat up in the house since he had left and using fans. Spot in hallway where he double treated to remove spot was coming up and creating spot area of it's own. Carpets do look better, but it doesn't feel I got my money's worth.
This is my third time using Zerorez. Each time they have come to clean my carpet lit looks brand new after!

Our master bedroom didn't clean up very well though that's one of the reasons a point was deducted.
The other our master carpet also bubbled up and scared the crap out of me! I have never scene that happen before. Luckily it went back down but man was it a scary few hours.
