I always feel like my floors are so clean after using zerorez! I would like to say that Tim was OUTSTANDING! He was very knowledgeable about the products and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and extremely kind while he was here.
PAUL OUR TECH WAS A DELIGHT!!! HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE OFFERED MANY UNSOLICITED TIPS ON CARPET AND TILE CARE..HE MADE THE CARPET LOOK NEW AND THE EXPERIENCE FUN.

Absolutely wonderful and will use again!!! I love that there is no chemical residue and was impressed by how efficient, timely, professional and patient the service. Our provider took his time and did not rush when cleaning. He was very willing to clean another area rug that I forgot to mention in my initial inquiry. Everyone I spoke with was amazing!!

The employee that came to clean our carpets was awesome. Our carpets ended up needing more than just a simple cleaning, and he explained everything throughly and gave me time to talk to my husband to make the decision. I didn’t feel pressured. He updated me along the way and really took his time to make sure the carpets were cleaned properly.
Your process is the most thorough I’ve ever seen. My carpets are always so clean and never feel crusty. We had our tile cleaned this time and the grout looks like new!!! AMAZING!! The technician (Trayvon) is professional and friendly. He never rushes the job but ensures that everything is clean! We could not be happier!

I really liked it when I place my order I was help to get a good price. And when the Christian came to do the floors he explained everything about the possibilities and conditions and all of that ahead of time. Very upfront people. An excellent job and the carpet looks totally renewed even though it's not brand new as we thought. I would definitely recommend and will use this service again.
