Technician, JD, was very personable , conscientious & did a great job on my carpet, rug & chair!
I also like the process that does not leave a lot of chemical residue in the carpet to attract dirt.
there was a part of the room we paid to have cleaned next to the bed that the tech choose to skip over. This area was important to me to have cleaned and one of the reasons I paid to have the carpets cleaned

Great work by technician - friendly and hardworking
We budgeted the $180 to clean four of our rooms. We keep a very clean home (housekeeping weekly) and it is only 4 years old. Upon arrival by your tech, I showed him the pet stain I had in one of the rooms. Our bill went from $180 to $485 in a matter of minutes. This is an outrageous amount of money to charge people for cleaning. I can understand an increase of $100 for the cleaning, but I could have bought a high-end machine or almost had the carpet replaced in that room for that cost. I went ahead and paid the money, but I have to tell you, I will not be calling anytime soon with your fee schedule. I will also share this experience with others.
Your work is always great and your techs are always professional, but for someone who earns over $200,000 a year, I am still not willing to pay that kind of pricing again! Thank you!
Tech did a good job cleaning, but after we got the carpet cleaned our whole house stunk even worse. Tech was nice and professional at first, But after the service the tech told my wife that shorter people tend to have their depth perception wrong since she measured our hallway wrong and it really embarrassed her. Tech also said if we don’t rate him a 10 then it’s basically a zero so just rate him a 10. I don’t really appreciate that comment and feel like we just dropped over 300 dollars for nothing but a refresher for our carpet.
We enjoy using zerorez and believe you have a good business however the last 2 times we have use you guys we haven't been completely happy! Last time we have zerorez come out the hose that was stretched out across the grass killed the grass where the hose was. Maybe empowered water isn't good for grass, idk? This time we had zerorez out, and yes they do a good job on he carpets but this time after the tech leaves I go outside to find out that I now have to dig rocks out of the grass and clean rocks off of the sideway that the tech left behind after dragging the hoses through the rocks! Like I said we appreciate the carpet cleaning service but when I'm spending $400 to have a service done I don't want to have to clean up after your techs!
I love how quick the process is and how clean my carpets always are but the reason I keep coming back is their fantastic customer service!!! Highly recommend them over and over.
Technician did a good job
Our technician was outstanding. He did a wonderful job on very old carpeting and made it look so much better. After he completed the work, he asked my husband and I to look at each room to see if there was any areas he needed to go over. He was very professional and accommodating. We will definitely use your company again. Thank you for the great service.
