charged double price for the same area rug I had cleaned a fe months back. was $40 last time, $80 this time. No notification on them DOUBLING the pricing was given on the website or anywhere. $80 to clean an area rug is outrageous.
I like the fact that no harmful chemicals are used. Also, the carpets dry quickly. The price is fair. The carpets look like new. The young man who cleaned the carpets (Ernie) was very knowledgeable and personable.

They call you about 20 minutes ahead to let you know they are on the way.

Price was a bit high
I was happy and satisfied with my first service, then I switched to Integrity carpet cleaning for my second service and was not very happy with their confusing pricing structure and the results were about the same. So I went back to Zerorez for my next service and was very happy with the results again and scheduling the appointment online and having the flexibility to choose your date/time is very convenient.
The way it works!
This was the 1st time we used Zerorez and couldn't be more pleased. They were on time, completed the job efficiently, and were conscious of our home furnishings. Sorry I didn't have more things to be cleaned. If you have ANY CLEANING NEEDS, GIVE THEM A CALL. IT WILL BE THE BEST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE. Their water REALLY is amazing NO RESIDUE. PERFECT!!!

On time, professional, knowledgeable tech. We started with our two rooms of carpet. Asked about shower cleaning and he was able to do it right then and there. Love that. SHower was stripped and then resealed. Looks way better. Carpets are great. No Crunchies like you get with other companies. Also suggested we try the PH water for our windows. No pressure, no used car upsell tactics. A pleasure to do business with. Will use again and will recommend to friends and neighbors.
This is an example of a company that knows how to treat its customers. They deliver on their promises and don't use covid as an excuse for crummy customer service(as so many are now doing).

Good natural
Because you presumed it was ok to send me unsolicited and un requested emails because I was required to provide you my email for your services. Your presumption just cost you a new long term customer and any potential future customers from my recommendation.
No chemical smell and my grout came out clean, would do it again
The tech's that did the work were great, I was very impressed with the results, my work carpets were very dirty and looked great when finished, in fact one of the techs commented that we should have taken before and after pictures which was exactly my thought. They had to cancel the first appointment due to an emergency which I understand can happen at any time but rescheduled the next day and promised what they quoted and even included a discount for having to cancel the first appointment.
Daniel was very polite and did a great job. He was very thorough and provided amazing customer service.
The young man who worked at our home was very polite, a hard worker and did a good job. I have, in the past, recommended Zerorez and will continue to do so. I did not know that the tile in our bathroom shower could look so good again.
Zeroes does a fabulous job of getting out dirt and removing spots, My 14 year old carpet looks new!
Very professional and great job
Tim was great and I thought he was professional and very good, however I think ZEROREZ is becoming a more high priced company and their offer is not worth the money. In fact this is my 4 time in 22 months cleaning our carpets and I could not be more disappointed. I am going to try another firm immediately and see how they approach carpet cleaning and stains
