You don't use soap to clean the carpet.
The tech Abraham was awesome. His dedication to consumer service is rarely seen in today's world. This is the second time I have worked with him and I would request him again.

I have used Zerorez for the last eight years instead of typical cleaner like Lysol and Windex. Cleans better than both of those with no residue and no toxic chemical smell!

Last year's technician was very professional. He cleaned the entire motorhome - around the bed (and there's not much room), the bathroom, down the hall, under the kitchen table, anywhere there was rug. He also wore booties since he was cleaning. This year's tech just made a clean down the center. I believe I paid a whole lot for half a job. I may look for a different company next year
You advertise 3 rooms at $135. I paid $94 for roughly 20'. I can imagine what you charge for just a hallway. Yes the tech did a good job but not a complete one as far as I'm concerned.
The work to remove pet odor and clean our tile was effective. Also the serviceman was quick and efficient and very professional.

The guy did a great job on the carpets and got most of the stains off the couches. I am very happy that Zerorez does not use chemicals for cleaning. Leaves the house smelling so much better than other companies.
