This is our first experience with a commercial carpet cleaner. The technician arrived in the allotted time frame. He explained the process he would be doing. We didn’t feel he would pressure us in additional add-one. When the tile and rug cleaning was finished he explained all the costs. Unfortunately I forgot his name, he is a great representative of your company.

Great job cleaning the carpets, very professional representative, explained what was going to be done, was in time, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
My service person was very nice and this has nothing to do with him. i think Zerorez has changed the cleaning process and is just running a machine over the carpet and not removing dirt and stains. I did recommend you to my mom last year and she said the claening made no differance. I got new carpet 5 years ago and this was my first cleaning and it made no differance and the carpet in the front roon is now loose like the suction was too much. I can send a picture of this.

The Powered Water cleans, doesn’t streak and can be used on anything and everything. Customer service is consistent, friendly and so efficient! Joshua cleaned the tile, carpets and area rugs. Everything looks brand new!! He truly believes in the company he works for! I learned quite a bit about the cleaning process and how much healthier the Powered Water can be when there is a 9 month old crawling on floors and carpet. Thank you, Joshua!!

Abraham did a great job cleaning our office floors. He arrived on time, was courteous, helpful, personable and professional. He worked very methodically through the rooms and completed the job in three hours. The vinyl plank floors look great—super clean. Highly recommend for home and business.

Not be in such a hurry. I feel a little mire time could have been spend in the high traffic areas. They don’t even look like they got cleaned once dry.

The difficult stains on our 25-year-old carpet were cleaned to almost new condition. The service tech did a great job and was careful to explain what he was doing and also was COVID-friendly (mask and distancing).

Every time we've used Zerorez, it's worked wonderfully! We have dogs, one of them a problem child old male who has left his mark in SO many places, even places we didn't know about! Jordan was fantastic, showed up early, explained the ways we could treat the areas, then had great conversation while he did! The rooms & stairs we had done look AMAZING and NO smell!! Super thankful for a great, non-toxic option that's affordable w/ friendly people!
