I wish I’d known that there would be sticky spots all over my tile floor. I wouldn’t have had them cleaned right before you guys came. I had to pay my cleaners to have the whole house re-mopped.
Also, you guys advertise that the carpets don’t get rough or crunchy but our carpets did.
The technicians are always are always professional and polite. I’ve use zerorez a few times over the years and I’ve always been happy with the results. I’m happy to recommend you to anyone I know.
Always always fantastic results
About 2 years ago I had my carpet cleaned. The tech had an arm sling which probably hindered him doing a good job. The carpets were so wet and it didn't look good. I called.
Now, I had my carpets cleaned and once again they were soaking wet when the tech was done. I requested that he re-vacuum them and he did, twice more. But they were still quite wet. Looked bad. A couple hours later, my husband dug out the wet/dry vacuum that we have to try that. It was just too much to fix. Today, 24 hours later they seem dry. I vacuumed them and they are finally soft and clean looking.
I don't know what you could do to make them better at the get go. I asked several friends who used you and they said when the tech left their house the carpets were only damp and finished drying quickly. That's what I was expecting.
The only thing that could help at this point would be a refund.

Carpet is clean and tech arrived on time and worked quickly.
Tech was bothered by the fact that I asked for cleaning under sofa and dining room table, which I moved myself.
I understand your techs don’t move furniture as part of the job, but to move two pcs 2’ over didn’t seem unreasonable. Fortunately, I was able to manage myself, but I would have appreciated an offer with help from tech. He stood there and watched a senior struggle which cost him the tip I had planned to give him.
I was disappointed a couple stains (coffee) couldn’t be removed with your process.
Other than that, I feel the job was acceptable.

Really didn’t remove simple stains
The carpets seem to be done very well however the tile and grout could have been better. Still stuff on the tile and grout that does come off of I scrub it.
They came in a timely manner, a very personable and well mannered individual who did a great job.
Price was higher than I expected; wasn't happy about being told that my bedroom was two rooms instead of one; carpet did not seem very clean after job was done,

your technician was out standing! We had a smelly carpet wit many pet stains and she worked her butt off for us and our carpets smell like a summer breeze and look great. we could not be happier! Rachel was awesome and would give her five stars plus she's cute! we will definitely use Zero rez again!
