The way my carpets looked after they were cleaned was amazing. The tech was very informative about the cleaning procedure and paid real close attention to the traffic areas and they look amazing. Also explained about getting the stain repellant very well.
I will definitely continue to use Zerorez.

They were very good. But we did expect to have the hard water spots in shower cleaned but they said they couldn’t do that because he needed special chemicals which he didn’t have.

Hello, I am a little disappointed in the outcome of the grout cleaning and I am not sure if it has to do with the little amount of time spent on the cleaning or if that is how your product works. For the most part, the tile looks good.There was a small area in the kitchen that I had to clean. There are also two high traffic areas of the grout that are still dark. When the technician arrived he was about an hour and 15 mins early. It only took him an hour to do the whole house and when I originally asked the customer service operator, she stated it would take 3-4 hours for the amount of area provided. Before he arrived, the tile and grout were vacuumed and baseboards cleaned, not too dirty. I feel we should have only been charged half the cost we paid as I was hoping for a better result.

The level of clean and revitalization of carpets is amazing. The technicians are extremely friendly and very informative.
The service was upstanding the techinician was very polite about explaining the process since this was the first time using zerorez.

Our technician did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet. He was very thorough and they looked almost as good as the day they were installed.

Will start off with letting Zerorez know, we are frequent customer and have had numerous of service calls throughout the years. However this time Zerorez fell short. The carpet was very wet and still damp 24 hours later, technician seemed in a rush and maybe left the carpet over saturated almost feeling like it does have a residue, which was Not the case in the many service calls we’ve requested. I also want to mentioned the technician did not have shoe covering or PPE mask. I would like to remain a loyal customer but based on this last service call I feel Zerorez is going more towards the quantity vs. quality when it comes to service. It will be more difficult to be a returning customer, which will be based on what idea of a resolution Zerorez provides.

Great service!
Associate showed up 45 minutes before the agreed upon time window without calling first. Associate didn't not have a mask. I provided him with one, which he wore without covering his nose. He did come back at the agreed upon time frame upon request. Other than that, he was pleasant and did good work.

Let me start out by saying the service man that came to the house Paul was great , he was very courteous & explained everything . He made sure all the cleaning he did was to my satisfaction . He was a real Pro . The carpet cleaning came out good . Just one minor thing . Our walk in closet is still wet hasn't dried completely yet . I hope by tomorrow it will be 100% .
