I utilized your service for one major purpose. That was to get the cat funk out of the hallway. I put down puppy pads so I know that the cat did not eliminate on the freshly cleaned carpet.
Unfortunately the smell that I paid so handsomely to rid my house of, was made even more pungent by whatever cleaners your were using I don't know what it was. I'm not even sure something additional was used. In addition I see that my main bedroom was hardly touched and there's still stains all over the floor. you will not be receiving my return service nor will I be recommending you to anyone ever. For $400 I would have assumed that at least one whole room could be cleaned.... Seems like kind of a rip off. Happy holidays

How clean the carpet is
Jesse was on time and efficient. Great feedback and advice about my tile and carpet. Overall great experience. However I was disappointed with the additional $40 charge for a space that I was no charged for in a a previous cleaning. Furthermore, when he cleaned my area rug, he did not move it to clean the carpet underneath. So when I adjusted the rug, there was debris there. Smh...
My carpet is beautiful once again. Robert worked non stop doing a superb cleaning. Robert was a diligent worker who is a proud and happy employee of Zerorez. He was a very kind and thoughtful person. I wish Robert and Zerorez a very happy and prosperous New Year!

Joe Guy the technician was amazing. He did a wonderful job. Actually he should be the employee of the year. Fast, efficient and very a good worker.
He represented Zerorez as the type of employee every company wants to employ on their payroll.
The is the third time I have used Zerorez and I will not be looking for another carpet and tile cleaner. Their product is excellent!!
