Amazingly friendly service and by far the best carpet cleaning service! We have 4 dogs and Zerorez does an amazing job getting our carpet cleaned and eliminating pet odors.

First of all, and most important .... our technician Jesse, was awesome. Worked hard, showed care and concern for the job and our carpet, and was totally respectful. He is a great liason for your company.
He got the carpet clean, but the stains were still visible in the same places they started (using a blacklight) We had protectant on our couch from the other cleanings .... didn't stop anything from staining. The carpet had biological agent the last time, same issues ... and this time we didn't get it, and no difference. Your service people are awesome, incl the girl in the office that arranged everything (she was golden), but the process isn't convincing us anymore

Our family just moved to Arizona. We were recommended to Zerorez by our super agent. We are so happy with the service. The technician (Brandon) was professional and informative. The place looks fantastic and he made the carpet look like new and the tiles were spotless! He also took time to explain product care and services we can use to maintain the life of the product. We would highly recommend the service!

Representatives show up promptly, are knowledgeable, and thorough, and courteous. The end result is very good. I have used them several times to clean tile and grout. I've always been pleased with the result.

The tech was professional and was neat (didn’t make any messes or damage). He also got the stains out. What was amazing too was that the carpet was just damp when he was through... versus the soaked carpet other cleaners leave. I turned on my fans and it dried quickly.

We used this service last year and we were extremely satisfied with the job that they did so we called them again,and we had a call that the technician was in our area early and would it be possible for him to start early and of course it was fine with us, so Adrian our technician came in and what can I say about him except that he did a fabulous job ,all the spots were removed, he was very professional and courteous and very accommodating and I would Highly recommend him to any one.

This is a clean system that does not use harsh chemicals. Carpets look like new.

The services provided were done professionally. My carpets are old but look so much brighter after the cleaning. The man who did the work was thorough and did a great job. He was very courteous and helped make a change to my bill as the hallway was miscalculated. I would highly recommend using zerorez.
