Counted a room of mine which was covered with a throw rug as a room where in the past (we have used you tons) it was just added to my connecting room. Wouldn’t even clean that rug as part as an extra room. With being a returned customer time and time again I would think you would work with me.

Not everything cleaned this trip

The cleaning went without a hitch. They arrived on time, actually early, and went right to work. The tile looks like new!

My carpet dried nicely, I did very little walking on it after it was cleaned, and limited my
traffic. I left the ceiling fans run all night but on Low, to help it dry faster. It was perfect
when I got up today. I gave it a good Vacuum through the entire house.
I was very pleased with your service and will give you company's name to my friends.

The price I was quoted on the phone was not what I was asked to pay at time of service. Room sizes should be asked at time of scheduling so as to not change the amount due after service is completed. Also, I wasn’t expecting such a long dry time.

The day of the service, I received a call that the tech was on his way early. Then a call a few hours later that he had waited as long as he could and had to leave. I had communicated that I would not be onsite and provided access to the house. I had to call in, they rescheduled for the next day and provided a small discount.

In addition, I had carpet tape for a rug that was not removed or communicated to me so when my tenant moved in, I had to go there and remove the tape myself.

Did an excellent job on my carpets and the technician was extremely professional. Felt 100% comfortable with leaving him in my home while I was outside. Great job and thank you...
