Do you have any special products to use on carpet areas that don't come as clean looking as the rest?

I paid $592.50 for you to come out and clean the tile floors in my new home, which I was required to pay in advance. When I got there later that day to start sealing the grout and tile myself, I saw piles of dirt, paint chips on the floor, puddles of water near wooden baseboards, and general debris in literally every room that was cleaned. Some was free floating, and some would come up with just some light scrubbing. A dustpan was filled with the debris that came out of a 25-30 square foot bathroom ALONE. I took pictures and videos of everything and sent them to you, asking for a refund. Because of the holidays, furniture and appliance delivery schedules, and our need to get our grout sealed so that we can move in as scheduled, I do not have time for you to come back out and re-clean.
You contacted me right away, which I appreciated. You offered to send someone back out to make it right, but I explained why we do not have time to do that, and that we had already spent the night cleaning ourselves so that we could get started on grout sealing as planned. I explained that I was only interested in a refund. You offered to come back and clean the floors and seal the grout for free, but I again reiterated that I do not have time for that at this point, nor am I interested. I just want a refund. After numerous phone calls, the best you were willing to do for me was refund me $250 of the almost $600 I paid. I told you I was unhappy with that and asked about a credit for the remaining $350, so that I could use it for a future service - even though I am not all that interested in using Zerorez ever again. You told me they would only credit me $150 toward a future service. I don't understand why you would not credit me the full amount, especially when you were willing to come back out and re-do it in the next few weeks (which, again, I just can't make work with our moving schedule). Unfortunately, a $150 credit is not enough to make me want to deal with you again in the future.
I’m really really disappointed and unfortunately will tell everyone I know not to use your service.
The technician was able to come out earlier than the scheduled time frame and he did a very thorough job in cleaning my furniture.
During the phone quote while trying to take advantage of your promotion you should state that the factory scotch guard will be stripped away and the is a fee for a new protectant.
