I always appreciate the technicians and how knowledgeable they are and the care they take treating our floors. JD was superb, communicated thoroughly about what he was doing and anything we needed to know about the process, he was awesome and did an excellent job. You can tell he has an great work ethic and did his job superbly! Great work, great young man!

I had to have another guy come out to do 2 areas where a guy named Daniel would not even move 2 office chairs on rollers and clean under them - along with not doing by my husbands computer desk.
This is my 4th time using you and up until now I've been happy. The other guy that came out did good.
I'm also unhappy about the price. My total square footage is only 600 sq ft, so to price 4 rooms when you can't even clean much of it seems unfair. I have told a couple friends about this cleaning and not cleaning.

Professional technicians, arrived early. Easy to schedule, carpet looks great after cleaning.
Tech did not have a mask when I came to the door and said he didn’t have one in his truck. Luckily I had a disposable one to give him. The cleaning was great but that really started it off on a bad note.

Good job. Tech very knowledgeable. I didn’t realize there was going to be a $20 charge for a very small area of walk in closet. I didn’t get a discount for the space he didn’t do where the bed was was, and it was a much larger area than the closet, so I don’t feel they should have charged for the closet. I also didn’t remember being told about the $15 environmental fee when I called. I don’t mind paying it, but I don’t like surprise charges. I think they should go over exactly how much the cost will be before they start the job, because they always want to sell you protection, etc when they get there.
Love the process and the smell of the cleaning products. Louise came and was fast and did a fantastic job. Thank you for the great job.

I was very happy with the service provided by Zerorez. The technician showed up early but coordinated this with me in advance. Eric the technician was extremely polite and well spoken. He explained what he was going to do and then verified that all of the rooms were covered in the estimate I had received when making the appointment. When he was done we walked the house and he explained a couple of areas where he wasn't able to remove the spots and why. He then removed his equipment and was very neat. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Eric and would highly recommend him for any future work.
