Our technician did a great job explaining and reviewing the work that he did. Very happy with the results.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets many times. Sidney, had done an excellent job, above and beyond the rest! We were disappointed when we called and found out that he had moved on...that was until we me Mike! Mike was personable, professional, courteous, aimed to please, and did a fantastic job on our carpets! We will definitely be requesting Mike in the future and look forward to seeing him again.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. There was a soap stain I would have expected to come out. It was lighter but completely back less than a week after cleaning.

My own misunderstanding, I thought the pet treatment for carpets was to neutralize the urine therefore no more repeat accidents. Instead the treatment reduced oder only.

Reasonable cost, excellent work, clear, concise communication. The representative treated my home as if it was his - very conscientious of minimizing mess and clean up.

that i had a 2 hr window on arrival time..The product leaves the carpet crisp and clean..And during a pandemic I felt safe with the tech in my home..And I like the fact the he had cones blocking wet areas.. He moped wet areas on my tile. Very professional..Luis took pride in the job he did..And keep asking me after every room if I was satisfied!! highly recommended..

I think from the price and commercials, we had high expectations. There were multiple spots throughout the house left behind. We had a technician return to attempt removal again, which he did very quickly. We liked that we had a quick response and Jeff was able to remove the spots quickly. However, it led USA to wonder the quality of job done in the first place. If Jeff was able to come in and do it so quickly, what does that say about the first technician and the job he did. We have a vacation all rental and pride ourselves at keeping it well maintained including its cleanliness. We were disappointed a few days later while preparing. The house for new tenants, we found a big spot under one of the sofa cushions. We would have asked Jeff to clean it but we didn’t find it until the next day. So... we like the quality work when it’s done right. Disappointed that the service didn’t flow well and ended in still having a stain.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed by Zachary L. He arrived in the window given by zerorez. He started working shortly after arriving performing all cleaning steps described on the website. His attention to detail was impressive. He continued working for almost three hours. Additionally, he answered all of our questions. The rugs and tile look like brand new.I would recommend zerorez.

The technicians are very professional. They do a great job cleaning whether it’s carpet or tile.

I loved that all the stains were gone when the carpets were dry. Often when you have your carpets cleaned, they look good while wet, then when it's dry you see the stains are back. Not the case here. All the stains are gone, the carpets are soft, not "crunchy" from all the chemicals from other companies.

Our technician, Jason, was professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to add on any services. The additional services were recommended and with reasons why the recommendation was given with my choice to add them or not, again no pressure was felt.

We will definitely be using them again. I think at least a yearly cleaning is a good idea.

The tech could not have been nicer and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job done and one of the rooms had to be done twice!! Very happy with the results.
