I thought Jesse did a great job. He explained well, was thorough and was very pleasant. I am happy with the job that was done. My only aggravation was paying $75 per gallon for the Biological treatment. That seemed excessive to add $300 to the charges.

Thorough, clean

Everything was great!! Very happy. Brandon did an amazing job!!!

We use zerorez alot. Sometimes the last room done has a musty color left on the top of the carpet instead of a brightness, which is what happened this time in our master, it was the last of the 3 rooms done. I normally start with the master carpet so that it is the cleanest but did not this time. Carpets are also very crunchy not soft. Must be using dirty water and not emptying after each room?

I would normally call back but with the holiday its too time consuming.
Slightly disappointed . Oh well.

The young man that did my carpet and tile diid an outstanding job. I believe his name was Ernie? He was very professional, friendly, courteous, and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the job he did and will have the tile redone later ( Just bought the house and there are many layers of cleaner and waxes so it will take another run to get all the layers up) I was amazed at the difference in the tile cleanliness.

Tech did a great job !

Last year we used you guys the technician did amazing with getting out all stains from animals we paid around $220.00 or so. Excited to have you out again. Unfortunately this year we paid over $600.00. With less animals in our house it was not as bad as last year. The Technician this year said this job should have been scheduled earlier in the day and said he will do his best but we will need to call you back in a week or so to redo our two front rooms and after $600.00 I feel it should have been done right the first time. I am not paying for another visit. And further more I will not be using OR recommending Zerorez any longer as I have in the past.

Replace the damaged laminate

Rooms were very wet. Did not dry in 10-12 hours. 24 hours later one room is still so wet that it soaks thru your socks! Have added additional fans to dry out the carpet. Did a good job removing stains.
