The technician was amazing. He was prompt, efficient and took the time needed to do the best job possible. I think his name was Jacob or Joshua.im sorry I can't remember but he serviced 12702 West Boca Raton Road. He did a white towel test and a water test too. After he was done, he asked if there were any of spots or places I was concerned about. I showed him and he not only addressed it but told me that he spent a more time on that spot because he saw it too. He was very professional, easy to talk to and warm.
The tile and carpet are clean and fresh.

Professional service! Joe was polite, respectful and super knowledgeable. He explained everything and made a point to show us areas as he talked. We had both tile and carpet cleaned. Timeliness and courteous
My entire downstairs is tile and it left streaks everywhere. I thought it was strange that it was sopping wet when he left but it dried with streams all over our entire downstairs. Very disappointing to have it look that way after paying $950 to have our entire house done.
