We just feel that Zerorez is the way to go. We have tried other carpet cleaning services and never been satisfied with their products or service. We like how Zerorez gets our carpets clean without a lot of detergent and water leaving them hard to get dry. We also thought the service specialist was very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. He did a great job.

It worked really well, got rid of some pretty tough heavy pet stains in older carpet quite effectively. The carpet looks and smells so much better. The technician was thorough, communicated frequently and clearly so we always knew what to expect, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the service.

Zerorez was able to accommodate my client's carpet cleaning the day I requested service. The floors were cleaned and look great.

My room smells like urine. Never had a smell before and there are now stains in the carpet. Originally paid to upgrade service as the tech stated he recommended it. What a waste of money for this . Had to have a second guy come back. He spoke to his manager after he looked it over . Funny that was not recommended with the first guy in fact he didn't feel that was even needed. The manager wanted more money to deep clean. The tech redid the same cleaning since I refused to pay after paying twice as much as I normally paid the other carpet cleaning company and that I already paid a recommended uphrade two day earlier.Still smells like urine in the one room again funny it never smelled before. Even the second tech noticed it now smelled. I have used zerorez twice the first time and the last time. You just don't get the carpets clean and now the room smells but if I pay even more money somehow magic will happen. I can honestly say both techs were great to work with but the process stinks unless you pay more money. Will dispute this charge on on Credit Card. Never should have left cleaning company we used for years

It cleans nicely and drys faster. I have used Zerorez for years, only carpet cleaners I have used since moving to Arizona.

The tech did a wonderful job. I feel the price was to much with added urine stuff. That was the main reason I wanted to use you. But it is way to expensive with the added cost. She explained everything to us but I wish the sales person would have explained the area the a gallon would cover. I smells like urine still really bad but we need to wait to see
