Zerorez kept us informed about arrival time and what we needed to do to prepare for our service.
Paul Elliott was wonderful. He thoroughly explained all steeps that he would be taking and kept us informed. We had a couple pet stains that he was concerned he wouldn't be able to completely and if he did they would be lighter than the carpet. This did not happen. The carpet looks brand new and it is 15 years old. Paul is a polite, conscientious and hard worker. I will be using Zerorez again and hopefully Paul will be our tech.

We were very impressed on how well it cleaned our carpet.
It's a shame that the cleaning person chooses to spend as much or more time talking about how doing more actual cleaning of the carpets won't result in a cleaner carpet, instead of just cleaning it satisfactorily.
I should not have to explain to a cleaning technician that the heavier trafficked and heavier soiled areas need more of the emphasis, and the lesser trafficked areas need less cleaning time, so the emphasis is placed on cleaning the areas that need it most.
Even with the jobnotes on the work order, specifically stating to be sure to clean at the edges of carpets, this too was ignored by the technician, and required me bringing it to his attention, otherwise he would have just continued to ignore it. As it was, he did little to address it, as little as possible, really.
In fact, in cleaning the master bedroom, I watched as he was spreading out his passes, and instead of overlapping them, to clean full coverage, he was spreading them out, to effectively reduce work for himself, finish sooner, and basically not spend sufficient time or energy cleaning.
How can you make it right? Refund my money, so I can have someone else do it satisfactorily.

The number one thing I like about your product is the way Jesse, the person who cleaned our carpet explained how each service he did was helping with making the carpet last longer. 1st I do not want tech to lose job over this. I feel your management and your trainers need to be held responsible for this!
I had a 2nd tech came due to my first complaint, this tech wears a mask, this tech asks us if we are ok with him taking it off. During times like this and the fact I met him with my mask on tells me your training has fallen waist side. He takes his mask off and let’s us know he can’t breath or see with it on. We keep our distance!
2nd while I’m changing my 2 year olds diaper this tech and I don’t know how close he got to her but he asks my wife if he can use our bathroom, again during Covid and with no mask on walking around my house, then washes his hands and drys then on my towel, in MY 2 YEAR OLDS jack and Jill bathroom!
I’m completely upset and will most likely be going public with this, I will never use you again.
How dare any of you, either managers or trainers think you can just blow this off and not teach these techs safety or even respect!! If my wife, my son or I get sick in the next 12 days I will let you know!
